She encouraged me to do Laser Genesis, emphasizing that it was a very gentle and safe treatment with no risks or side effects. It sounded too good to be true so I asked her again, and she emphasized the treatment truly had no risks. I did the treatment, and at first everything seemed ok, but then my face started swelling and hurting. I later noticed I had lost some fat in my face, which aged me, and since then my face has also been extra sensitive and painful - it has never gone back to normal. After doing more research I learned that fat loss and pain are potential risks of this treatment, and that the skill of the provider is really critical to perform the treatment safely. I wish Heather would have been honest with me about all the risks and side effects of the procedure. I would have never done this treatment, and it would have saved me a lot of pain and grief.

She has a very precise and gentle hand - which made the whole thing much easier. It was my first time getting microbladed, so I didn't know what to expect for pain. Xen used a topical to numb the eyebrow area, which helps a lot. She also tells you what she's doing next, which helps so you feel good and aware throughout the process. Healing was much easier than I thought it would be. It took a week of putting on the A&D cream (Xen gave me all the instructions) and it was easy to do. I healed beautifully and could not be happier! It's amazing because I still look like me (which is what I wanted) - but with amazing brows that make my eyes pop! I LOVE them! I wanted them to have a polished, more pronounced look - but not look huge. Xen had different options and really listened to what I wanted. We found the right shape for my face (based on what I wanted) and she took it from there! My mom loved them so much that she got them done too! My dad gave her microblading from Brow & Line as a birthday gift - well done dad! Her brows were sparse and she had to pencil them in everyday. Now she has gorgeous brows from the moment she wakes up each morning! She is so happy! Xen is a total gem!
