The reminder texts beforehand are also very helpful, what a relaxing way to start Saturday! big fan of the music as well

Over the past year, my skin had become increasingly dry, and I wasn't sure how to fix it. From the moment I arrived, Bridgett was incredibly sweet, patient and thorough. She took the time to go over my skincare routine, asked what was bothering me most about my skin and walked me through the entire HydraFacial step-by-step so I knew exactly what to expect. The treatment was very gentle and essentially painless. Even the extractions were surprisingly comfortable because she was so careful and gentle. I have to mention the facial, head, neck and shoulder massage. It was so relaxing and honestly better than some massages I've received at actual massage places. 10/10 would recommend Bloom Clinic and Bridgett. I'll definitely be coming back for more and recommending her to friends and family. Thank you so much Bridgett for such a pleasant first HydraFacial experience!

First off, this space is accessible. Even though this location is near CV High there is always parking available and there is a private parking lot! So one of my typical stressors (and likely yours) is lifted! Second, Heather is super accommodating, I emphasized that I have sensitive skin and she gave me a free consultation before I had my first real facial. This gave me the opportunity to test her products and see how she treated her clientele before I booked an official appointment, but when I did I was not disappointed. In fact, my skin felt supple, dewey and I was glowing! (And trust me, this is difficult. I have severe eczema and it is hard to trust anyone, but my dermatologist with my skin.), but with Heather's patience and help I was able to get a full facial and feel the most relaxed and fresh than I have ever felt in the longest time. I definitely will return! :) Tl;dr - Skin & Ink by Heather is an excellent one-stop shop even for those with the most sensitive or reactive skins. She will work with you to make sure you get the highest value for your dollar and the best results possible. Can't wait until my next facial!
