I didn't know what to expect since I had never had a facial. She walked me through each step, and asked me questions about my skin to make sure she was using the best products for my skin type. I left feeling refreshed and excited to see the results that came in the next couple days. I have noticed my face feels much more moisturized and my skin is glowing. Thank you Alicia! I can't wait to book my next appointment.

I found Beauty Sensai on Yelp and I made an appointment with Alicia to sugar my back. I have never waxed or done anything like this before in my life and I was a little more than nervous having watched 40 year old virgin. But Alicia is super friendly and extremely funny. She put me at ease immediately, had me laughing the whole time and before I knew it it was all over. I am not going to lie. Getting my hairy back sugared was not painless, but it was not unbearable either. And it was nothing like the movie. After the first few swipes it was smooth sailing. Get it? Smooth ;) Alicia was thorough and took her time to get it done right. She even applied lotion afterward to help cool my back down which felt really nice. Her room is peaceful and her table was extremely comfortable. The results were as expected. No hair on my back. This was well worth the price and experience and I will be back again. If you are in the market for hair removal then I suggest Beauty Sensai.

Scheduled a Fire and Ice facial with Amanda and OMGGG..... my skin has never looked better!!!…read more I've been pretty inconsistent with my skincare and wanted to start being more intentional as I get older. The minute I walked in the vibes were so on point!! Amanda made me feel so comfortable with her warm and friendly demeanor. The facility is super clean and inviting. She provided two robes, so I had my pick of what I wanted to wear. The bed - oh so comfy!!! Plus it's also heated. She talked through each step as she worked so I knew what was going on the whole time. My favorite part was the warm towel and the neck and shoulder massage. It's been a few hours already and my face looks like I have a permanent filter on it! She suggested to schedule another treatment 4-6 weeks out, and you best believe I will be doing that!! Over the past year, my skin had become increasingly dry, and I wasn't sure how to fix it. From the moment I arrived, Bridgett was incredibly sweet, patient and thorough. She took the time to go over my skincare routine, asked what was bothering me most about my skin and walked me through the entire HydraFacial step-by-step so I knew exactly what to expect. The treatment was very gentle and essentially painless. Even the extractions were surprisingly comfortable because she was so careful and gentle. I have to mention the facial, head, neck and shoulder massage. It was so relaxing and honestly better than some massages I've received at actual massage places. 10/10 would recommend Bloom Clinic and Bridgett. I'll definitely be coming back for more and recommending her to friends and family. Thank you so much Bridgett for such a pleasant first HydraFacial experience!

Much has changed since my last appointment. This is one of the very few business where I was able to answer yes to all of the health and safety measures. Fusion was immaculate and super clean before the pandemic. Upon arrival I sent a text to let Michelle know that I arrived. After instructed to enter she opened the door and did a temperature check. Hand sanitizer is available in every room. Michelle was double masked and wearing gloves. I entered with my mask on and kept it on for the duration of the appointment. An air purifier was on the whole time. Also, a UV-C light sanitizer is used after every client. Appointments are being spaced out with an hour in between every client. Michelle also decided to let two hair dressers go due to health and sanitary concerns for her clients. So I was the only person in the spa during my whole appointment time. She is very conscious and made changes in order to keep everyone healthy. I've always felt safe coming to see Michelle. She will always take care of her clients. I appreciate her continued diligence in everything that she does. Please DM Michelle directly for an appointment or further questions at 510-409-6402. I'm proud to support an Asian woman owned business!
