I have been looking for theater seating for a few weeks but most of the stuff I looked at was not the quality I was looking for until I went to leather express. Real Pros who really care about the customer. We ordered furniture and were told it was about 6 weeks for delivery. We needed something sooner so they offered to deliver loaners so we would have something to use while we waited. Someone from LE updated us every week on our status and the furniture was delivered a week early. There were a couple of issues that needed to be repaired. My husband and I were searching for two recliners and a custom color leather sofa that was not the typical furniture chain store look, we found the perfect sofa and recliners, design and color at Leather Express! Our salesman couldn't have been any kinder and patient with me and my husband. I was taking the color swatches from the front of the store to the back for about thirty minutes trying to choose the right shade in the all the different lighting, so many colors to choose from! Our order was delivered to our home five weeks later, we were thrilled that it didn't take 6-8 weeks. The delivery service was incredible, prompt, polite, clean and very helpful. My husband and I miscalculated the size our room, the sofa was too long for the area we wanted it placed, I was so upset. The delivery man asked me if he could make a suggestion, I said, "of course", he asked if he could turn our area rug the other direction and proceeded to move the sofa and chairs. I was happy but still not sure... I asked the guys to move the furniture another way and then back to their suggested way. Firstly, let me say that I rarely write reviews but feel compelled to do so on this occasion. My wife and I visited a well known furniture store near where we live and saw some beautiful sofas from Pinnacle (a subsidiary of Palliser, I believe). The salesman spoke to us like we were dumb with the usual stuff like 'the sale ends today', etc. We then did an online search for this brand and came up with Leather Express. We visited their Boca store and was greeted by the manager, Ron. Wow, what a pleasure it was to be helped by Ron! We initially said that we wanted the Pinnacle top grade leather but Ron advised that it may not be suitable with our young grandchildren, especially in the cream color that we wanted. Can you imagine a sales person who wants you to spend less than you intended? That's who Ron is. I cannot remember the last time I was so impressed with a company and the sales person. Ron was so laid back (in a good way), with zero pressure. We left the store without ordering, as we wanted to look at what others had to offer, also. We thanked Ron for his time and told him we may be back. Ron did not try to talk us into ordering there and then by saying stuff like 'the sale ends today', etc. We were very impressed and I said to my wife that I would really like to buy from Ron as he treated us with courtesy and, more importantly, did not insult my intelligence with the usual 'the sale ends today' or 'let me work out a special price for you' lines. We returned to the store a few days later and placed our order for 2 beautiful Pinnacle sofas. Unfortunately, there was a slight delay on delivery, due to the xmas and new year holidays. Ron was right on top of it, calling the factory every few days and calling us with updates. When the furniture was delivered, the delivery guys were fantastic. They moved each sofa inch by inch until my wife was completely happy with the placements.
