We just ordered our new leather sofa and we couldn't be happier. Ester was an amazing help. She worked with us designing exactly what we were looking for. That in Itself wasn't easy since we had very specific needs and wants. Originally we weren't in any rush and just started looking around. We happened to drive by and decided to stop in after going to many other furniture stores. We're glad we did and we got exactly the sofa we wanted. It was also in the price range we were comfortable with. Looking forward to the day it arrives. Thanks again Ester. You're an amazing person to work with and we're glad we met you and stopped in today. read more

Leather Express - This is what we picked out but in a neutral color tone. - Leather Goods Near Me - Boca Raton, Florida

I'm a difficult person to impress and Leather Express was able to do so. I knew nothing about this business and was referred by a neighbor who knows a lot about furniture, being a manufacturer's rep. I was referred to Sherri, who is the corporate manager for this location. She educated me about the various types and grades of leather and responded to my numerous idiosyncrasies about how I wanted the sofa/recliner to look. And feel. And how I would be using it m, as well as its location in our home. And ability to have room for our rescue dog who is accustomed to his own "spot" on the sofa. To my surprise we were able to make a decision on our first visit, selecting a three seater with both ends reclining. And the manufacturer offered the option of a heated seat, lumbar and cervical spine controls and a massage feature! While these may seem like overkill and not necessary, for two guys with cervical and lumbar spine challenges and each having had cervical spine surgeries, they have become features we each have used since taking delivery. I already mentioned SHERRI as our own outstanding sales consultant and her associate ESTER was always an asset in Sherri's absence. The delivery was without additional charge, as part of our sale price, and Leather Express uses their own delivery service. MATT was the lead delivery person, assisted by MAC. Matt set up the sofa and provided guidance in its use, which has become easier as we have developed a familiarity with the controls. Our experience was painless and pleasant while being professional and warm at the same time. We returned and selected two recliner chairs, and I'll update this review when they are delivered. read more

After 4 weeks our custom ottoman was delivered & put together as scheduled. It is comfortable, has storage, a place for drinks & is on casters so it rolls. The quality leather is a big improvement over our 15 yrs round ottoman. I couldn't be happier with my purchase, customer support, delivery & furniture. It was expensive but is exactly what we wanted with full grain quality leather. read more

This is my mother's second purchase from Leather Express. We bought her first recliner from them 10 yrs ago! After constant use, the old recliner still worked perfectly, but some of the leather had rubbed away on the arms and the back sunk in a bit. From the moment when we walked into the store, Sherri was very helpful and knowledgeable. She guided us through sizes and colors. She gave us swatches to take home because we couldn't decide on the color. This was really helpful as the color looked different in my home. When delivery came, Matthew was very professional and helpful. His associate Mack brought everything inside. Matthew hooked up the new recliner and Mack moved old one into the garage. I highly recommend Leather Express service from store to delivery. The recliner is the most comfortable one my mother has ever sat in, and she thinks it's beautiful. read more

We had been looking for quality leather furniture with many color and style options. Leather Express did just that. Beautiful quality, excellent color choices and styles. Equally as important was the customer service. Sherri was an amazing support. Patient and helpful and very knowledgeable. After the furniture was delivered it was set up and Beautiful. We had a slight issue with one of the pieces that was not handled properly by the warranty people. Sherri again stepped up and helped us resolve this issue. She went above and beyond. While the furniture is beautiful, to us the customer service offered by Sherri was equally as important as the furniture. Would recommend leather express and most importantly Sherri without hesitation read more

We were looking for a lift recliner and someone had suggested Leather furniture express. A fantastic experience from the moment we walked through their door. Sheri is friendly, helpful and very patient. She is knowledgeable about the furniture she sells. She showed us many chairs and when we finally picked one she showed us leather options. We ordered the lift recliner in a custom leather color and it was delivered in just under 4 weeks. The delivery men were professional! What a breath of fresh air compared to other delivery companies in the area. When the time comes and we are ready for home theater or living room furniture we will definitely be coming back here. My wife and I visited the Boca Raton store on Federal Highway, and we were greeted by Sherry Will. We found Sherry easy to speak to, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She was more of an advisor than a salesperson. She put us at ease with her straightforward and direct approach. We have since received our furniture and we are both very happy. They also made the delivery process efficient and painless. Bravo the Leather Express and Sherry Will! read more

Boca store salespeople, management and chairs we bought all excellent BUT BEWARE - THE EXTENDED WARRANTY IS A JOKE. Have had two claims and the term "customer service" is an oxymoron. If you purchase or are provided an extended warranty READ EVERY WORD as there are exclusions, exceptions and incongruous language that makes the warranty as close to WORTHLESS as possible. read more

We were in the market for a quality leather sectional. We visited no less than 6 furniture stores. We had some deal breakers in mind, but depending on the price, we could reconsider. We had to make compromises everywhere but Leather Express. We got the chaise, recliners and color. Unfortunately, the company didn't have the motion devices in stocks. Our delivery date kept getting pushed. After 5 months, we requested and received our money back as we would be lucky to get the sectional by Halloween. We purchased the sectional in February. read more

We recently moved from Virginia to Port St. Lucie and have been looking for a high-end furniture boutique. After months of disappointment, we finally found the best of the best in Boca Raton - Leather Express! A great team indeed - led by Jay with full support from the hands-on owners, Albert and Heather. The sales process was awesome starting with Jay's incredibly professional "answering the phone" mannerism - so polite and polished that my wife initially thought she was speaking to a recorded message. Well done, Jay! During our visit we spoke with several loyal customers and understand why customers often ask for Heather, Albert and Jay by name. Nothing like repeat customers. Great job! The showroom was exceptionally well appointed with samples of leathers and accessories plus welcomed add-ons that we had not considered. Yes, all the touches of a customer-oriented and exceptionally managed establishment. Albert was amazing as his problem solving advice was spot-on. jay's dexterity with the measurements combined with his thorough knowledge of leathers was impressive. Yes, the Albert-Jay duo became quite the go-to source of perfection. Heather's warm and informative self-confidence inspires building rapport with everyone she comes in contact with - a great customer service skill to possess. Clearly, Leather Express's entire team is really good at obtaining first-hand customer information and using this information to improve their products and services. They are also really good at following up with their clients, as demonstrated by a call later in the day confirming our order and responding informatively to a few questions - a classy touch that ensures customers are never left in the dark. Keep it up! Thank you Heather, Albert and Jay. Great job! All the Best, Rabia and Larry read more

We just purchased a new living room set from Marshal. He and Ron were super helpful and patient. Allowing us to take our time to make our selection. Nowadays, with so many furniture stores in Boca - it can be a little overwhelming on where to shop. The minute we walked into Leather Express ... we knew that if we found a set we loved, this is where we'd buy it. And that's exactly what we did. Can't wait for our delivery! Highly recommend! read more

We bought here because they emphasized the quality and construction of the furniture. After 6 years the leather is falling apart and showing significant wear. A chair even had a whole worn through on the side. After spending a significant sum on this furniture my expectation would be that it would last more than 6 years. There are several levels of leather and we purchase mid tier. read more

Exhilarating, from beginning to end. When you think you know what you want, but have countless questions, Sherri is just the right person to help you through this process. Never once did she try to influence us with a sales pitch.. She just offered her opinion when asked. There was no way we could have made this purchase without her expertise. She drew out the plan for us and suggested we take it home to make sure it works. Who does that???? Every furniture store I've ever been in is like a car dealership. The sales person just follows you around. We purchased Palliser theater seating, because we were very pleased with our past Palliser furniture. They look absolutely beautiful. To end on a positive note, the gentlemen that delivered the furniture came at the time they specified and were professional, kind and knowledgeable. What more can you ask for???? read more

From the moment my wife and I entered the store we were greeted by Ester, who explained the different types of sofas, love seats and sectionals along with the different grades of leather. We explained that we had limited space, and we wanted a recliner on both ends. Ester was very accommodating, but the selection was a little bit more than we wanted to spend. When we went home, we were so impressed by Ester's presentation that I called her the next day and explained to her that we wanted to deal with her exclusively and buy from Leather Express. She found us a floor model sectional with two recliners; a little more than my price range, but was well worth It. The sectional was delivered today and set up by Matthew and Mack. It was a great experience from sale to delivery and setup. We would highly recommend because of the efforts of Ester, Matthew and Mack who are a big asset to Leather Express. read more

My husband and I stopped by the store this afternoon with our baby. We're renovating our new house and looking at new furniture for it. The salesman was a very snooty British guy. He came over to us and was explaining the different kinds of sofas. Then he said to us, very disdainfully, "unfortunately for you, the sale ends today." Excuse me? The sale is still going on right? How do you know we aren't ready to purchase, today, a sofa on sale? Well guy - unfortunately for you, you must not care too much about making a commission, because your nasty attitude cost you a sale! Needless to say, we were extremely offended and left shortly thereafter. In the end, I'm glad we left because we realized they're selling an imitation of the Stress Less brand. I think we'll try Sklar next door, I think their salespeople may be marginally more helpful and kind! read more

I purchased a reclining couch that did not fit in my living room even though Ron assured me it would. They put it up for resale and took $2500 as a restocking fee from me. Purchased a recliner for my mom. She absolutely LOVES it and Leather Express made the entire experience perfect too! From our first visit to the showroom, Ron DeLuca, our salesperson/store manager, was caring, incredibly knowledgeable and very attentive to my mom's requests/needs. She chose a Palisar recliner, which is made in the US- so even that was a bonus. It was also the most comfortable and highest quality recliner we saw- having looked at every furniture showroom in the area. In all, this completely custom recliner was built and delivered in exactly 12 weeks with Ron keeping us apprised of its progress. The delivery experience was perfect too. The men were very careful and caring. They taught my mom how to use the power functions and made sure she was happy with its location and ease of use. We highly recommend Leather Express. If we could give them 100 stars we would!! read more

While wintering in Boca Raton we decided to purchase a couple of leather recliners for our home in Massachusetts and found Leather Express on Federal Highway. Ron DeLuca assisted us. He was exceptionally patient, especially with our unending questions, He showed us everything, sometime twice. Never was any sales pressure applied. We found what we liked; and, Ron helped us with the leather selection. He arranged for white glove delivery to Massachusetts, which took place, as estimated. The recliners (Palliser...swivel, glide, power) are the most comfortable I've ever sat in. I can't wait to get home and plant myself in them. If you need leather, you need not look anywhere other than Leather Express. If there was an option to award more than 5 stars, I would. read more
