The Badcock experience... where do I start!? My experience from the shopping experience in the…read morestore left me frustrated by my sales person Isa. I was delivered a ripped, scuffed, and color penned up seat that was from someone trying to fix it. And a missing power cord. When I called back to the store to speak to a manager about the power cord and other things I was was told he was out of the store at the time so the next day I went to the store and spoke to the manager. They told me it was a floor model. and yes I knew that, but before delivering something like this, someone should have called the customer to inform them that this sofa was ripped and scuffed. And if I knew this I wouldnt have bought it in the first place. I didn't see it because of the direction that it was in At the store, so they agreed to replace it with a brand new one, but I had a three year warranty anyway so I'm sure why it seemed like it was a problem in the first place. So when I left the store, I got a couple calls from the manager about it being delivered the same day and then another call saying no the next day. Then the day before the delivery I received a call from the sales person Isa about needing to send pictures of damage to some approval person or something which I waited to hear what the outcome was, but no one followed up with me. I had to call to make sure someone was coming out as promised. So, I thought to make it easier and quicker for the delivery person and because I had other things that needs to be done on this day because it was basically 4 PM now and yes I was given a delivery time between 12 to 6 PM but like I stated, I had some other things I needed to do. I took the sofas outside, so it would be an easy exchange. But no! That turned into a big problem.! The deliver drivers told me I shouldn't have done it and then the deliver driver called the manager which tried to blame me for the damages that I had already reported! . And that's just absurd! all of this could have been avoided by a manager calling or having their ( and I'm using this term loosely) their sales person call the customer to report the damages. And to ask if you're OK with accepting this as is. That place dropped the ball in so many different occasions. I was told that he thought the sales person called me ... smh!! so now you don't even know what your employees are doing.. Great example of the blind leading the blind! Badcock that whole experience was so inexcusably unprofessional, and you have the wrong people representing you. What a horrific experience! Buyers please beware!!

Since they formed in 2005, they have distributed 70 million pounds of food. RBI Thrift is located in the old Sears in Boynton Beach Mall. You enter from the outside, not from inside the mall. I discovered RBI while visiting Dillard's Clearance Center, also in the mall. One thing to note, there is no air conditioning. To their credit, the people who work here are somehow able to maintain a cheerful disposition despite the miserable heat. The store inventory is a mixture of new items donated by their corporate partners and used thrift items donated by the general public. I saw furniture, hone decor, plant and garden supplies, pet supplies, toys, kids clothing, art, shoes, sunglasses, accessories, bags, and beauty and drugstore supplies. Prices range from $1 to the several hundred dollars. I found a cute little rabbit dish from Pier One for only $2. I also purchased a brand new in the box microcurrent facial toning device and a microdermabrasion kit. Both were marked $10 but I only paid $5 each at checkout. They are both going for $50 all over the internet. I am excited to try them both out. If you enjoy bargain hunting I recommend checking out RBI where the proceeds go to a really great cause.

RBI stands for Restoration Bridge International. The nonprofit is well known in Palm Beach County for its work helping with food distribution and food drives to help feed the hungry. It also provides other services as well. So we knew whatever we bought here (or donated in the future) would be going to a good cause. They have lots of different items spread throughout the store. They are still putting out merchandise. Offerings range from clothing to toys, accessories, candles, health and beauty products, gardening supplies, shoes, bric a brac, linens, and furniture. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. A youngster was helping out as a "greeter" (too cute!). Just a note, although they accept credit cards, there is a fee for using them. Bring cash. As they're putting out new stuff every day, I'm sure we will be returning. We wish them success.

This is more estate sale stuff of furniture decor and more than a discount thrift store…read more... They describe themselves as "upscale". Everything in this small store is marked and neatly displayed. There's room between most of the items. Price wise it's not bad with some items reasonable and others on the side of a higher priced goodwill -- but better quality. All items seem clean and in good shape. We didn't find anything we liked well enough to buy today, but that's not saying you won't.

According to their Facebook page they have been in business since 2013. They are estate buyers so their merchandise is always changing depending on what they are purchasing . I have tried estate sales before but it feels like trespassing, going through someone's house that you know just died and picking through their stuff as their photos stare at you from the walls. Of course not everyone has died. Some people just want to sell a household of stuff in bulk before a move. In any case I'd much rather purchase estate items which are usually of a nicer quality than thrift, at a clean store like this. Also you are not having to drive around to multiple addresses. Everything I saw was in great condition. They had furniture, collectibles, mattresses, house hold goods, and even some clothes. If it makes up items in someone's household, they sell it. A wooden T.V.console was only $25. They had some nice knick knack shelves and I am currently studying my walls to see if they will accommodate them.I wanted to know if prices were firm or negotiable but the man who was working was chatting to someone else and I didn't want to interrupt. Although they didn't have a huge amount of items, what they do have warrants a look if you are in the area.

If they ever made a reality show competition out of furniture building then this store would win. I guarantee you haven't seen the stuff they sell here anywhere else. Dizzy Rock is a custom furniture store located on Federal Hwy in south Boynton Beach. According to their website "What distinguishes our brand Is our eccentric, eclectic, unique and fully customizable new way to express yourself or your brand with your furniture, home or business. Not only do we make furniture pretty but we make it last." At Dizzy Rock they can fabricate anything you can dream up. They create custom headboards, rehab furniture, and can even print whatever fabric you desire. The only limit is your imagination and budget. There is so much to look at in this store where everything is eye catching. How about a train locomotive that is a bar, a coffin bookshelf, a life size giraffe, steam punk cuckoo clock, or a graffiti painting monkey. Each piece is whimsical and discussion worthy. Of course this much creativity doesn't come cheap. Nothing is marked with a price but I overhead the monkey graffiti art piece was $4,000. They do have some small affordable gift items at the register. I admire anyone with this much creativity and artistic talent. This store is a one of a kind joy ride.
