Their front desk staff (including Kassandra and Courtney) is helpful and friendly, and they always recognize us and our dog and come out to pet him! We've worked with several vets for basic check-ups, including Dr. Ford and Dr. Thomas, and they are kind and gentle. For daycare, we love Rhonda, LaDonna, and Daniel- they are always so sweet with our dog. Once I came to pick up my dog from day care early, and they let me go back to the outdoor area to watch him play (without any notice), which I always take as a good sign! How we came to be customers at Above and Beyond was because we found our dog on the street one cold Saturday morning, and they were one of the only vets in town that had Saturday afternoon hours. They checked him over for us and did a last minute rush on his vaccines. Of course we love that whenever we come to visit they always remember our story! Finally, we are moving to Chicago, and they called all around town to track down a specific vaccine that we needed before our move. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. We are sad to leave Above and Beyond because we cannot say enough good things about them!!!

There is no evidence of recent accidents It's just in the air. It is very chaotic in the morning There is no counter area counter separating the metal tables with computer wires and the metal chairs. The sound level is jarring with no sound barriers. More than once I have picked my dog up dog and he has been soaked in urine like he had been laying in it. I asked about it and I was told it must be water. More than once I have had to take my dog to a dog wash and shampoo him before I could take him home.. Incidents such as these along with the uncaring attitude, the front staff has shown has sent me over the edge. I am not taking my pet back and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

We first took her to another "kennel" in Lubbock and I cried the whole time she was there because it was dirty and I knew she was not happy. BUT after discovering Regal we have never taken our pets anywhere else! Todd and his family/staff are amazing and such great people. They love animals and you can tell by the way they run their business. We often took our lab for their "daycare" services so she could enteract with other dogs. They are great about getting information about your animal and careful to choose which other animals they can play with. She loved visiting her "friends" at regal and would get so excited when we got past 100th street because she knew where we were headed! Everytime I picked her up she was happy and tired! Which I SO appreciated! We use their weekend kennel services and it is fantastic. The prices are a little steep which is the only reason I gave them 4 stars. They are attentive when you bring in your animal and really get to know you and your animals. They always wrote down any notes I gave them for bones/treats/meds etc. I never worried about our dogs while they stayed at regal- I knew they were being well taken care of! Todd always knows our pups and us when we come in and is very patient with our sometimes hyper pups! They are also great about keeping records of the shots and such, Todd even called to remind me one week that our pup needed a second immunization for an upcoming stay! :) I can't say enough great things about Regal- they are truely a home away from home for our dogs and they love a trip to see Todd and the staff. My dog was at Regal Pet Resort for eight days. While in their care they reported that they ran out…read moreof food for him. I measure his food for each day so he should not have been out. They wanted to charge $8.00 / day for their food. I had my son take by food. When I picked him up he seemed fine. The next day he begin coughing and throwing up white, foamy, slimy liquid that continued all morning. Could not eat or drink without throwing up. Took him to the vet. All his shots and vaccines were updated even his BORDETELLA which had 2 months before expiration. I will never take my dog there again. They take in too many dogs and things are not communicated to owners. I believe they ran out of my dogs food because he was throwing up and it was not noted!

The facility itself smelled amazing (which says a lot!), was very clean, and felt welcoming right away. The staff were warm, caring, and even let me check out their room with them, which I really appreciated. The absolute best part, though, was the communication. I truly felt like they cared about my girls. One of ours is a recent rescue, and I was a little nervous about how she would adjust, but they were so kind, patient, and genuine. We've been using Good Paws exclusively for many years. They have always managed to find room for our two Yorkies, even on short notice. Our dogs are always clean and happy to see us when we return. They do not seem stressed. One great thing Good Paws does is give us a discount for the second dog when they are kept together. We just had a great example of the service provided, as we had to board our dogs at the last minute due to a family member dying of cancer halfway across the country. They got us in for what we thought would be a one week stay, but they we able to let us stretch that to fifteen days when the funeral was delayed. We never worry about the care and attention our dogs will receive. They are a bit outside of town, but conveniently located to the airport when you are flying. We would rather change our own travel plans, than to use another boarder for our dogs.

When we picked him up. He was happy to see us of course. The report card stated he did really good. I inspected him and saw no irritation or red marks. When we paid, the cashier was great. She tried to give our dog a treat but he was more interested in his new squeaky toy. I'd come back!
