    Fish Skeleton outside it's tank

    The staff are nice no complaints there however I'm more concerned about how they treat their animals behind closed doors specifically because fish lives matter too and deserve respect in their care instead of having literal skeletons OUTSIDE THE TANKS and isn't this a health hazard for the other fish and shoppers potentially

    4 puppies were abandoned at this PetSmart tonight and almost run over by cars in the parking lot but thankfully some good samaritans saved them. They asked PetSmart to help (i.e., a for profit company that primarily profits off dogs and cats, that also has a boarding facility) and management said they couldn't do anything! This is ridiculous!! PerSmart has food, shelter, and run adoptions! They have anything a puppy could need and don't even have enough social responsibility to help animals abandoned on their OWN PROPERTY!!! Makes me sick! Soulless example of capitalism! Never again will I drop $ in your coffers PerSmart!! Seriously!

    PetSmart has been an excellent resource for my families needs. We've used the grooming and boarding services, joined the TREATS program to save money, and always find what we need - everything from easily digestible wet food when our dog was recovering from an illness to flea treatments for the cat, dog, and carpet.     Angel is so amazing. Took my precious little sweet pea in for her second puppy grooming and Angel read my mind again and gave me exactly what I wanted and sweet pea could not be happier she is so happy when I come and pick her up they just treat her like a little princess the diva that she is thank you to the staff at Petsmart for all you do you're the best!!

    I took my yorkie for grooming today. We wanted the lion cut. Our dog was scared to go in and that is the only bad thing I can say. I think he may have had a bad experience before. But we decided to leave him there. We didn't have an appointment but lucky us someone didn't show up. They were happy to take him in. They called us about 45 minutes later telling us that it would be hard to give him a lion cut because his hair on top was matted. It was nice that they called and gave us grooming options. When we picked him up. He was happy to see us of course. The report card stated he did really good. I inspected him and saw no irritation or red marks. When we paid, the cashier was great. She tried to give our dog a treat but he was more interested in his new squeaky toy. I'd come back!

    This is the mark they left on my dogs leg from the filer because they rused and didnt take the time to calm him down!

    Michael is the best groomer. This is the only place and he is the only person my dog will let groom him. The only bad thing is the price.

    I traveled home for the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays with my Bernedoodle. I wanted to…read morefreshen him up for guests and family to see him. Whenever I dropped him off, I was asked "What do you want to do with his eyelashes?"... which I think is an odd question to even ask in the first place. I responded with "Please do not touch his eyelashes, and gave a comment that he gets a lot of compliments on how long they are." Whenever I picked him up, one set of his eye lashes was completely gone. I texted to ask why this was the cause and I got a text back saying "We noticed that whenever we were bathing him that one set was noticeably shorter than the other"... I sent back a picture of him a few days prior to show that he had TWO full sets of eyelashes whenever I dropped him off. There was NO apology or ownership for this mistake. I can completely understand that mistakes are sometimes made and maybe my dog made a sudden movement and this occurred but to give me a poor response as to insinuate that I don't know what I am talking about and not take ownership is simply NOT OK. I will never use this grooming company again while I am in town visiting.
