The prices are reasonable and they offer a pick up transportation service also. This is great for me because I have to leave work so early. They pick up my girls and take them to doggy daycare and then I pick them up after work. My little dogs were very anti social and aggressive and Merit Kennels worked with them so now they enjoy being in the play area with lots of other dogs. :) They do boarding, sitting, daycare, grooming, socialization training and transportation. I am so happy I found them!!

Wagbnb booked her into a spacious suite at a moment's notice, sent lots of photos and videos of my puppy's stay, and made sure she was comfortable and safe. When my puppy was a bit too nervous for playgroup, staff immediately contacted me and arranged to do individual play with my puppy instead. Staff puts dogs' safety first. Puppy came home without being overtired, hungry, or thirsty. I rarely board my pets. When I do, Wag is the only place in town that I trust.

Their temperament, and socialization are commented on by everyone that comes in contact with them. From families with small children to groomers etc. They are the most docile, interactive and loving dogs we have ever had. Linda has always taken the time to answer any questions I had in the beginning and continues to make herself available. These Chow Chows are extraordinary and the passion and care that these breeders show make it even better. I am waiting for another Chow Chow to become available and I would highly recommended Dreamland Kennel if you are looking to purchase a Chow! Thanks Michael & Linda, Jennifer A. Giurovici-Gomilin

Their front desk staff (including Kassandra and Courtney) is helpful and friendly, and they always recognize us and our dog and come out to pet him! We've worked with several vets for basic check-ups, including Dr. Ford and Dr. Thomas, and they are kind and gentle. For daycare, we love Rhonda, LaDonna, and Daniel- they are always so sweet with our dog. Once I came to pick up my dog from day care early, and they let me go back to the outdoor area to watch him play (without any notice), which I always take as a good sign! How we came to be customers at Above and Beyond was because we found our dog on the street one cold Saturday morning, and they were one of the only vets in town that had Saturday afternoon hours. They checked him over for us and did a last minute rush on his vaccines. Of course we love that whenever we come to visit they always remember our story! Finally, we are moving to Chicago, and they called all around town to track down a specific vaccine that we needed before our move. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. We are sad to leave Above and Beyond because we cannot say enough good things about them!!!

Whenever I dropped him off, I was asked "What do you want to do with his eyelashes?"... which I think is an odd question to even ask in the first place. I responded with "Please do not touch his eyelashes, and gave a comment that he gets a lot of compliments on how long they are." Whenever I picked him up, one set of his eye lashes was completely gone. I texted to ask why this was the cause and I got a text back saying "We noticed that whenever we were bathing him that one set was noticeably shorter than the other"... I sent back a picture of him a few days prior to show that he had TWO full sets of eyelashes whenever I dropped him off. There was NO apology or ownership for this mistake. I can completely understand that mistakes are sometimes made and maybe my dog made a sudden movement and this occurred but to give me a poor response as to insinuate that I don't know what I am talking about and not take ownership is simply NOT OK. I will never use this grooming company again while I am in town visiting.
