Minutes matter and there needs to be procedure in place for these situations. I was able to drive to a separate clinic over 30 minutes away and was taken care of and in a room within 10 minutes. If your dog, cat, and whatever else is in urgent need of care dont bother taking them here you will be sent away and maybe spread your last minutes with your furry loved ones in your car in the parking lot where than could of been helped. I will say on the other hand the person who answered when I called the first time was very kind to inform me of the possible situations and the SEVERITY of it. So I do appreciate the kindness of this women on the phone but so disappointed that I was turned away in a time of need.

Wagbnb booked her into a spacious suite at a moment's notice, sent lots of photos and videos of my puppy's stay, and made sure she was comfortable and safe. When my puppy was a bit too nervous for playgroup, staff immediately contacted me and arranged to do individual play with my puppy instead. Staff puts dogs' safety first. Puppy came home without being overtired, hungry, or thirsty. I rarely board my pets. When I do, Wag is the only place in town that I trust.

She and her colleague always picked up the phone immediately; when I scheduled and then rescheduled a private service within a matter of minutes, they didn't bat an eye. I went to the facility this morning to see my baby. She had been carefully arranged with her little paws folded on her chest, and her eyes were nearly closed. She looked as if she were fast asleep. Her private service was that - absolutely private. I got her paw print this morning; I picked up her ashes five hours later. I hope I don't need to use Emerson's services for another decade or more. I just took my two dogs there for a full groom. The grooms themselves are really nice and the cuts…read morelook great. BUT my poodle has razor burn all over his body. He has it all over his belly, and his face. His face has cuts all over, and is extremely upsetting. This isn't an untrained dog when it comes to grooming either, he has been groomed regularly (every 6 weeks) since he was about 12 weeks old. I have had a few times where he gets razor burn on his belly and I was willing to overlook it until I looked at his face and there are puncture marks from the razor under his eyes. There was a lack of care taken for my dogs eagerly and overall I would not return. Update: spoke to the owner today, and she took full accountability for the huge mistake and did her best to make the situation better. If he needed vet care she offered to pay for it. Overall I would recommend the shop because of the accountability of the owner but I would not recommend Melissa to do your dogs.

We have been using Resa to groom our Schnauzers for over 15 years, through 4 different dogs. Until…read moretoday we have been satisfied with the service and care. Today was far from good. It is true that we went longer between grooming this time and Charli was a little rough. When we took her in this morning we told them we wanted a winter cut. I called at 4:00 to check on her status And they said she's on Resa's table now and she's going to have to take her skirt down a "little" short because she because has some mats. They called 14 minutes later and said she was ready. We went to pick her up and she was a total whack job. Her beard looked like it had been cut with a dull knife, she had long tufts of hair on her body sticking out, around her tail is left long as well. It looked like they took the clippers and shaved her head to toe, but skipped a bunch, trimmed her nails and charged us $80 for simple haircut that was supposed to be a grooming, that couldn't have taken more than 15 minutes. We started home with her and just really started looking at how bad it was, so we turned around and went back to talk to Resa. I pointed out the unevenness of the cut and told her it was not an $80 haircut. She said, she's the hardest schnauzer we've ever brought her. She's been grooming her for 3 years and that's the first time that's ever been mentioned. Then she said I can fix that, and proceeded to cut her even shorter. I told her to stop making it shorter, again said this is NOT an $80 haircut, reiterated that we had requested a winter cut. All I got was she was hard. This experience was bad enough that we will not recommend her and we will not be going back.
