They wanted to charge $8.00 / day for their food. I had my son take by food. When I picked him up he seemed fine. The next day he begin coughing and throwing up white, foamy, slimy liquid that continued all morning. Could not eat or drink without throwing up. Took him to the vet. All his shots and vaccines were updated even his BORDETELLA which had 2 months before expiration. I will never take my dog there again. They take in too many dogs and things are not communicated to owners. I believe they ran out of my dogs food because he was throwing up and it was not noted!

There is no evidence of recent accidents It's just in the air. It is very chaotic in the morning There is no counter area counter separating the metal tables with computer wires and the metal chairs. The sound level is jarring with no sound barriers. More than once I have picked my dog up dog and he has been soaked in urine like he had been laying in it. I asked about it and I was told it must be water. More than once I have had to take my dog to a dog wash and shampoo him before I could take him home.. Incidents such as these along with the uncaring attitude, the front staff has shown has sent me over the edge. I am not taking my pet back and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I called every day and my dogs were having a great time. The grounds and beds were immaculately clean. Everyone there treated our very needy bird dogs like family and they were well adjusted and well cared for. When you drive up to the kennels, it looks like a camp for dogs - beautiful trees, sculptures and buildings. They get to stay inside and play outside. I will never take them anywhere but Blue Sky.

Mind you the first time I came they took all three cats back to get examined they told me I had to get a fecal sample, but the next time I showed up to get them fixed they tried to gaslight me saying they had never taken them back and pretended they had never asked for the sample. I've brought my dog here a few times and haven't had any trouble till this last visit. My dog is 13…read moreyears old and a collie, so his joints and legs aren't the strongest. I'm sure the groomer has had trouble grooming him because of his age, which is understandable. However, the last time I brought him, I thought everything was normal and it wasn't. I got the call, like usual, that he was ready to go. So, I drive up there, walk in and see him sitting there. Everything seemed normal, the groomer ran my card and I go to get my dog but he won't get up. She then finally says, "he's been like that since his bath". Now I don't blame them or think that they purposely hurt him, but what made me mad was that it was never mentioned to me till I tried to get him to walk with me. Why wouldn't they say something over the phone or even while I'm checking out? Makes me feel like they were trying to hide it. One lady ended up helping me carry my dog to the car, and I ran him to the vet. I think they just wanted him out cause I barely saw any concern for him from them. He's better now and it probably was just his old bones he was having trouble with but I feel like they were trying to deceive me by not saying anything. I won't bring him back there again, and I am so disappointed because I did like this place and have referred people to them. Anyhow, I've learned my lesson and will now ask if a groomer has experience with older dogs because this place does not seem to.

After reading reviews I decided to give them a try and I am so glad I did. They were all so nice from the very first phone call. They treated my pupper with kindness, respect and compassion. The Dr. was so thorough and explained everything. It turned out one of her hips was like trying to put a square peg in a round hole. She was in pain when we went in and during our visit had a clear picture of what to expect in her future. 3 days later she was pretty much back to her old self. They were all so wonderful I decided to bring the other 2 dogs to make sure they were in good shape. Definitely would recommend them. They were so very different from the vets in Indiana.
