The staff at Emerson are doing God's work. Tracey was unerringly kind and patient during an incredibly difficult time. She and her colleague always picked up the phone immediately; when I scheduled and then rescheduled a private service within a matter of minutes, they didn't bat an eye. I went to the facility this morning to see my baby. She had been carefully arranged with her little paws folded on her chest, and her eyes were nearly closed. She looked as if she were fast asleep. Her private service was that - absolutely private. I got her paw print this morning; I picked up her ashes five hours later. I hope I don't need to use Emerson's services for another decade or more. A plus service really cares about her work and her customers great people love the work

We were traveling and woke up one Saturday morning to one of our cats was very ill. We find a Vet and take her there. Unfortunately she passed before we got there. The Vet held her for us until I was able to call Emerson. Emerson agreed to take her with the added urgency being that we were leaving Amarillo on Tuesday morning. They picked Kit Kat up from the Vet on Saturday and took her to Lubbock for the cremation. Brought her back to Amarillo Sunday night and to the Vet on Monday morning. Emerson went over the top and let us by text/phone let us know where she was at all times. I felt they treated Kit Kat as if she was one of their pets. Hopefully when I have to do this again I have the same experience. read more

We recently had an elderly cat pass. Tracy was very patient and caring every time I called. I never felt like I was bothering her as she patiently answered my questions.
