The one dog I've brought here (twice) was jumping all over the place with excitement as soon as we pulled in the driveway. That has got to be a huge vote for this place. To clarify, it is not my dog but I know that he has stayed here a handful of time (4 or 5?). Angie and Aaron are both always so kind and helpful. I can tell they enjoy the dogs and treat them with kindness as well. They seem sensitivity to the dogs and that fact that they are likely uncomfortable and scared leaving their owners. It's really comforting to know that your dogs are in great hands. The kennel is a little out of the way but well worth it to know that your babies are being well taken care of.

I called every day and my dogs were having a great time. The grounds and beds were immaculately clean. Everyone there treated our very needy bird dogs like family and they were well adjusted and well cared for. When you drive up to the kennels, it looks like a camp for dogs - beautiful trees, sculptures and buildings. They get to stay inside and play outside. I will never take them anywhere but Blue Sky.

Her bed was soaked, dripping with water and smelled so badly that I had to throw it away. Our local contact was never called to indicate she was having any trouble. I called to check on her, and nothing was said about her having issues other than her being scared of all the big dogs barking. However, when we picked her up, I was told that she wouldn't eat, wouldn't come out of the cage, and that she urinated and defecated on herself. I don't know if they didn't call the local contact to get her because they didn't want to refund any money or what, but I will not be placing any dog there in the future.

I traveled home for the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays with my Bernedoodle. I wanted to…read morefreshen him up for guests and family to see him. Whenever I dropped him off, I was asked "What do you want to do with his eyelashes?"... which I think is an odd question to even ask in the first place. I responded with "Please do not touch his eyelashes, and gave a comment that he gets a lot of compliments on how long they are." Whenever I picked him up, one set of his eye lashes was completely gone. I texted to ask why this was the cause and I got a text back saying "We noticed that whenever we were bathing him that one set was noticeably shorter than the other"... I sent back a picture of him a few days prior to show that he had TWO full sets of eyelashes whenever I dropped him off. There was NO apology or ownership for this mistake. I can completely understand that mistakes are sometimes made and maybe my dog made a sudden movement and this occurred but to give me a poor response as to insinuate that I don't know what I am talking about and not take ownership is simply NOT OK. I will never use this grooming company again while I am in town visiting.

Their front desk staff (including Kassandra and Courtney) is helpful and friendly, and they always recognize us and our dog and come out to pet him! We've worked with several vets for basic check-ups, including Dr. Ford and Dr. Thomas, and they are kind and gentle. For daycare, we love Rhonda, LaDonna, and Daniel- they are always so sweet with our dog. Once I came to pick up my dog from day care early, and they let me go back to the outdoor area to watch him play (without any notice), which I always take as a good sign! How we came to be customers at Above and Beyond was because we found our dog on the street one cold Saturday morning, and they were one of the only vets in town that had Saturday afternoon hours. They checked him over for us and did a last minute rush on his vaccines. Of course we love that whenever we come to visit they always remember our story! Finally, we are moving to Chicago, and they called all around town to track down a specific vaccine that we needed before our move. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. We are sad to leave Above and Beyond because we cannot say enough good things about them!!!

I spent two weeks trying to decide where to leave them, and I'm so glad we chose Tipton Pet Hotel. One of my favorite things was that the dogs have access to both indoor and outdoor spaces--it gave me so much peace of mind. The facility itself smelled amazing (which says a lot!), was very clean, and felt welcoming right away. The staff were warm, caring, and even let me check out their room with them, which I really appreciated. The absolute best part, though, was the communication. I truly felt like they cared about my girls. One of ours is a recent rescue, and I was a little nervous about how she would adjust, but they were so kind, patient, and genuine. I wish I had gotten the name of the person I spoke with because she was incredible. We will definitely be back. Thank you, Tipton, for taking such great care of our girls!
