I called to check on her, and nothing was said about her having issues other than her being scared of all the big dogs barking. However, when we picked her up, I was told that she wouldn't eat, wouldn't come out of the cage, and that she urinated and defecated on herself. I don't know if they didn't call the local contact to get her because they didn't want to refund any money or what, but I will not be placing any dog there in the future.

Wagbnb booked her into a spacious suite at a moment's notice, sent lots of photos and videos of my puppy's stay, and made sure she was comfortable and safe. When my puppy was a bit too nervous for playgroup, staff immediately contacted me and arranged to do individual play with my puppy instead. Staff puts dogs' safety first. Puppy came home without being overtired, hungry, or thirsty. I rarely board my pets. When I do, Wag is the only place in town that I trust.

Whenever I dropped him off, I was asked "What do you want to do with his eyelashes?"... which I think is an odd question to even ask in the first place. I responded with "Please do not touch his eyelashes, and gave a comment that he gets a lot of compliments on how long they are." Whenever I picked him up, one set of his eye lashes was completely gone. I texted to ask why this was the cause and I got a text back saying "We noticed that whenever we were bathing him that one set was noticeably shorter than the other"... I sent back a picture of him a few days prior to show that he had TWO full sets of eyelashes whenever I dropped him off. There was NO apology or ownership for this mistake. I can completely understand that mistakes are sometimes made and maybe my dog made a sudden movement and this occurred but to give me a poor response as to insinuate that I don't know what I am talking about and not take ownership is simply NOT OK. I will never use this grooming company again while I am in town visiting.

Their front desk staff (including Kassandra and Courtney) is helpful and friendly, and they always recognize us and our dog and come out to pet him! We've worked with several vets for basic check-ups, including Dr. Ford and Dr. Thomas, and they are kind and gentle. For daycare, we love Rhonda, LaDonna, and Daniel- they are always so sweet with our dog. Once I came to pick up my dog from day care early, and they let me go back to the outdoor area to watch him play (without any notice), which I always take as a good sign! How we came to be customers at Above and Beyond was because we found our dog on the street one cold Saturday morning, and they were one of the only vets in town that had Saturday afternoon hours. They checked him over for us and did a last minute rush on his vaccines. Of course we love that whenever we come to visit they always remember our story! Finally, we are moving to Chicago, and they called all around town to track down a specific vaccine that we needed before our move. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. We are sad to leave Above and Beyond because we cannot say enough good things about them!!!

They then told me to come back a week later, when I brought all 3 back they told me they were only planning to fix one of them and when I finally got to take her home she had many complications the following days, we ended up having to take her to another vet because her wound got infected which is something that's never happened to me before. Mind you the first time I came they took all three cats back to get examined they told me I had to get a fecal sample, but the next time I showed up to get them fixed they tried to gaslight me saying they had never taken them back and pretended they had never asked for the sample. Altogether it was unprofessional and not only a waste of my time but my money that I could've spent on taking care of my babies.
