I went to Lease End to move my lease to a purchase on my car. They helped me close a loan with a third party lender. However, they screwed up the closing of my lease with the lessor. They had no commun with the lessor. They sent the wrong amount of the payoff. I didn't catch it until I was outside of the 10-day payoff window and the lender was wanting payment. I had a horrible experience and wish that I would've worked directly through my leasing company. read more

This company completely misrepresents the business and process. Their claim of only taking 12 minutes like their ads say...is such a lie!!! They are a car dealership! They take title of your car and can actually repossess it!!! They are not a financial services company getting you a "best rate". They charge WAY more than just going down to your bank or local dealership and take way longer to do all their maneuvering through purchasing your car in Idaho and then retitling it in your home state! Lease end representatives were great when I first inquired about buying out my lease. Very courteous and prompt. I believe the 2 gentlemen's names were Nate and Benton(Ben). Well then came the finance man/closer Dean. Terrible experience with Dean. He is the old fashioned, high price, high pressure , lying, try to intimidate you into signing on the dotted line. This place is either a shady business practice, scam or both. They sent a letter to me about my ending lease and sent me papers for me to "own" my vehicle and the numbers were outrageous. SCAM/SHADY FOR SURE. The prices were $10,000 higher than what it would actually cost to go through my current lender and they doubled fees and made up fees. Like, it doesn't cost over $200 to transfer a title. they were asking for over a $1,000 just for that one "fee". All the added fees added up to what a brand new car costs! And they were asking for crazy amounts of info and wanting copies of your social, ID cards, insurance cards, all your personal info, etc. So they could contact the lender or bank for you so they can handle this lease end process for me. SCAM. And they are out of Illinois. They work broadly and send letter to a LOT of people. read more

The initial process was great. Everything processed as expected the numbers were correct and no funny business and final purchase. After that is where it got really annoying. I am also saying "annoying" because ultimately it is just my opinion on how customer service works and how overall it has degraded in this country tremendously and LeaseEnd should learn form this review vs be angry at it or try and excuse it away. I bought out my lease in October 2022 and did not receive my physical license plates until Jan 27th 2023 Each time I had to request new temporary stickers and at no point in the process did anyone reach out to me letting me know where things were. I would have to reach out to them each time. Once "I initiated contact then they were responsive but as far as staying in front of your customer - they fail in my book. They pass you around the office until you get annoyed and just give up. Then when you finally get someone who can give you an answer they will tell you it is out of their control. Which is most likely the truth. Dealing with DMV can be annoying - but the point here is, contact me and tell me. Make sure my temp stickers are in the mail before I have to ask. read more

Stay away from this company! There is nothing wrong on my credit profile. I am current on my loan, and I don't have anything else on my profile. They ran my credit three times so that put three hard inquiries on my report. I was never told that it was supposed to be run once. I knew I should have never applied with this company. It was a waste of time and for no reason because there's nothing bad on my credit report. In the end all I ended up with was having points go down on my credit score. Not cool at all. read more

Just purchased my leased vehicle through lease end process and it couldn't have been easier. They handled not only all my financing but also transferred my registration for me so I didn't have to go to the dealership or dmv! Got a letter in the mail "Lease End Process" which looks shady and cheap, looking extremely unprofessional. Plus it states very clearly to have your 'lease account number' when you call them. I drive a beautiful Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit and I love my Jeep. My lease end in Oct 2020. How did they hear about me? Okay, they work off leads, 1st red flag. Then it's way TOO good to be true, so many things they offer, 2-5%, no more payments, no out of pocket expense, $2000 cash back. Where have you been all our lives. I TOO spoke W/ "Sarah". Started out nice and friendly(Presumably to real you in) stating that I could get an interest rate between 2-5%, then later found out it was going to be 16% WHICH IS A JOKE. I have a 626 credit score @ the moment which isn't amazing or bad, it's average & she said the bank wanted me to get a co-signer. I'm 31, TRUST ME the car will get paid. I've never missed a payment in the 3 years I've had it, & these people wanted to charge me MORE per month than I'm paying NOW. As soon as I said "I'm rejecting their offer", the attitude change. Lease end process Is a bunch of liars and a total rip off I dealt with someone named Sarah she was very nice at first and then would not return any phone calls she sent me a picture of the approval and my payoff of $35,971 then when she sent me the contract the contract it was $36,971 , So I questioned the amount she said she made a mistake that it was supposed to be $36,971 so I trusted that that was the correct pay off a month later I get a thank you letter from Chrysler Capital for the payoff of $35,971 I called and spoke to someone named Steve who told me did you look at the numbers did you sign the contract that's legal and binding so oh well too bad to sad and hung up on me , i've been trying to get a hold of the manager named Ken to no avail and hopefully he will call me back but I paid $1073 for the fees to do the refinancing on my truck that was way higher then other ridiculous companies, but they got me a very good rate until I found out that they overcharged me $1000 on my payoff so they could make another thousand dollars I would never recommend them I would never use them again unless Ken Bendis returns my call and fixes this mistake supposedly they made if it's not then I know they ripped me off I will get the better business bureau involved I will get my attorney involved beware do not deal with Sarah or Steve who said he's the manager in which he's not he might be a sales manager but Ken is the general manager ! Hopefully Ken and calls and makes you right ! It's not the thousand dollars it's now the point of what they did ! read more
