DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!! CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED. NO INTEGRITY OR MORALS! The man in the photo…read morebelow, knew my daughter was taking an 800 mile trip across the country to college and he swnt her off in dry rotted tires, too small rims AND all the bolts were loose on the tires of the car and said at the time of purchase that he would feel safe if his own daughter made that same trip. Within months, the alternator, brakes and rotors had to be replaced in addition to all four tires on the car. But wait, there's more, the back bumper fell off within a month, she tried to trade the car, they offered her $500 for a 2019 Toyota Corrola, yanno the one that you can get top dollar for because the car holds their value? Yea, that car because guess why? Unreported accidents, the door frame was replaced and the CarFax report shows nothing but a front end accident, not to mentipm, the bumper was being held together with TAPE. And he thinks it's a good idea to offer 3k, on a car we've paid 6k for in cash plus of 2k in repairs in 7 months that goes BEYOND. This guy can teach a master class in no reaction, giggled, thought it was funny about his lack of integrity then when I screamed at him and his nonchalant behavior and not so much as a recognition of the danger of loose bolts or dry rotted tires, I lost myself, snapped off and now he declares me to be the problem. Who sends a young college woman to drive 800 miles to college in dry rotted tires and laughs at you?, a man who hates women because this guy is one of those MEN. BEWARE LADIES. I am not finished, this is not over and I've got time. Bet.

Don't trust the Google reviews!!! They're incentivized and not a real reflection of this business…read more The staff will push you to leave a 5-star Google review before the deal is even done. Now I realize that's probably how they're padding their rating, and it's incredibly misleading. Even worse they're rude and aggressive if you push back or question anything. If you don't go along with their pressure tactics, they get defensive fast. I felt uncomfortable and even a little threatened just for trying to ask for the full picture. Most of the cars seemed like lemons, mechanical red flags, and no transparency. It's the kind of operation that survives by taking advantage of people who don't know better. This is not a trustworthy place. Avoid it at all costs and go somewhere with real integrity.

The Good, The Bad , The Ugly…read more The good.. The advertised prices on their vehicles are better than other Jeep, Chrysler,Dodge dealerships. I checked most dealerships in a 50 mile radius. The Bad.. Keep an eye out for add-ons!! After reviewing the Bill of Sale and paperwork BEFORE signing, there was approx. 6K in UNNECESSARY and unwanted add-ons! I was originally told I had to purchase these add-ons. Obviously I refused and decided to wait and see if the advertised price would come down which it did. By waiting 3 additional days I saved approx. 2k on the purchase. Also I had to literally scratch off the add-ons and send the paperwork back and actually point out the nonsense. I also took a hit on the trade in which was about 10% percent less then KBB had my trade in listed for after I used the salesmen computer in front of him to show them they were getting over on me there. My trade was offered for sale the next day for almost 10k more then I received like I pointed out it would. Also FYI don't let the dealer use the "you're getting a tax credit" excuse when they give you the trade in value because you will get that from any dealership. The Ugly.. I came back a couple of days later after the advertised price came down on their website. I didn't negotiate any additional discounts after coming back and asked for a new Bill of Sale with the advertised price to close the deal. When given the new Bill of Sale I was handed one with some of the add-ons added back to it. Again I had to scratch them off and send it back. Upon receiving it again, (when the salesperson does the "I have to talk to my boss thing") with they add-ons removed, the Sales manager lowered my trade in to cover the cost. Keep in mind that is NOT a type o. That has to be manually and purposely done changed. When I saw that I went to talk to the "boss" personally and tell him to stop the B.S. I almost walked out right there due to a shady business practice. The correct Bill of Sale was then reprinted and I decided to go through with the purchase because they did have the best price on the vehicle I was looking for. In closing READ EVERY LINE of your paperwork and if there is anything you don't like address it BEFORE you sign. Overall I was ok with deal but just keep in mind all dealerships are running a business and like any business they are looking to make a much as they can on every deal.

They quickly told me nothing wrong was with my jeep... In reality there was something wrong... I had to find it out myself... They offered no suggestions... Quick tempered in the service department... more than a couple customers... And I can take a lot, but this was just a very disturbing environment... I wouldn't recommend this place actually... If you can find a jeep elsewhere, I would recommend that

I couldn't drive my kids to school the the next day without touching the fab to the push button. They claim they had no idea- even though they had the vehicle for 14 days. So I purchased a new battery for it. Then the tire sensor light went on. Now day 2. I then realized it had four different tires on. The locking lug nut missing on a few. Day 3- service engine soon light went on. took it to autozone to code it and it needed a new catalyst converter. We then had to drive it over an hour back to dealership to have them fix it. Yes they fixed it- but they lied about the timeline and who would be servicing it. I then went to purchase 4 all new tires since I was told how horrible it is to have different tires on an and vehicle for its suspension- it swayed horribly when I went over any bumps- and was told that all 4 tire sensors were removed/missing. Another $380 needed. This was THE worst used vehicle experience. I would NOT recommend.

So I was called by someone named "Jimmy" who talked me into booking an appointment for today. I told him the reason I hadn't been in there was because I couldn't afford an expensive Uber ride there and then back if I didn't get approved. He said, "we already got you approved and I have ran all your information already". I told him I spent over $600 on Ubers/Lyfts last month. He said, "that is crazy! Do not worry, we will definitely get you in a car". I told him I cannot afford to waste time and money because I need this money to get to and from work. He said he would definitely have me driving off in a vehicle. I said, did you see my credit and history? He said, "we have seen it all. We just need you to get in here and we will have you driving off in a car". He guaranteed me that as long as I got there, he would have me drive off in a vehicle. Well here I am, spending $55 dollars to get home after spending $50 to get there. And no car. They wanted $2500 down. And most of the cars they had were worn down and some had bullet holes in them. I am so devastated and I do not even know how I am going to afford to get to work and back for the next 2 weeks. This was the cruelest thing I have ever went through. To have someone use my weaknesses and struggles against me to get me into a store and then not even help me. DO NOT GO HERE! They will tell you they can help you and that you are approved and then turn you away if you don't have thousands of dollars to put down. Even after telling you that you won't need a down payment. I AM REPORTING THEM TO THE BBB IMMEDIATELY.

Three weeks after he had the vehicle it stopped and we had to get the car towed. 2 weeks after that it stopped again and my son purchased a new battery. They claim to do a 17 point inspection on vehicles??? Called the manager to get reimbursed for the battery and here we are 2 months later still waiting on the check.
