My sales coordinator was Rose, she was a joy to work with, as were Tim & Tim, the 2 gentlemen who assisted with the financing. All 3 of them are very personable, customer oriented & know their stuff. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction, everything was thoroughly explained. The monthly payment was a little more than I wanted to pay, but for what I got, it's well worth it. I loved the fact that I didn't need to haggle to get a great price, the price you see on the website is the price that you pay, but keep in mind that's before all taxes, fees, & any extras that you want are added on. For the test drive, I took the car to my mechanic, who checked the car out thoroughly, the car passed with flying colors, with a couple of minor issues that were addressed before I drove off the lot. I can honestly say that in all my years of buying cars, this was the easiest, most pleasant car buying experience that I've ever had. I highly recommend Hertz Schaumburg.

We were there from 9:30am to 2:30pm. While buying a car is a process, it's not a 5 hour process. Esp since there is no haggling involved and we had the car we wanted picked out. By the time we were able to sign our contract we were already in a huge hurry So we had to rush the most important part of the whole thing. We carved out 3 hours, were fine with 4, then started to get annoyed and anxious at 5 We also noticed an interior light wasn't working during our test drive. The sales rep mentioned they would have someone swap it out but by the time we left it was still out. Either they forgot, or somehow in 5 hours had no time to swap out an interior lightbulb. They did end up changing it a few days later though We would defiantly go back and recommend to friends. Just make sure to bring lunch haha

Honestly the whole staff from the porters to the finance manager were truly helpful. Every question we had was addressed and we weren't there the whole day. When the final signing went in to after hours, I was really impressed that nobody rushed us out, and at least one person from each department waited for us to be done. Even after the deal was done nobody rushed us or chased us out, but instead chatted for a few and said not worry about racing back in the morning with the title to the car we traded in. They told us take our time and enjoy the morning and the car because they would be there. When we went back in the morning we were told they wanted to properly detail the car if we had time. I mean I can go on on, but really as someone who has been around dealerships their whole life, I can't even begin to tell you how real, and how great this team is to work with!!!

They fired their personal transport broker and have moved to one that is BBB certified and A+ ranking after me asking for a switch because it was just promises after promises from the first broker and took over a week and half and still didn't have a shipper. This new company also seems to be having issues getting a driver to bring the vehicle to me. Update: had to switch from enclosed vehicle transport to open trailer to get it by this upcoming weekend ( 3 work weeks from send a wire for full purchase price ) and I got a picture today from Luciano showing it loaded. Dealership is top notch, shipping however is not and pretty much outside of their control. Will update review again once I receive it. Shipping company damaged in transit, Not Signature Autos fault and I'm working with shipping company to get that resolved. Pat has been more than helpful on everything I've had after the sale, after I sent money this man has still been diligently making sure I'm taken care of and the car is beautiful and drives amazing.

Unsafe Vehicle Repairs & Unprofessional Service…read more I looked at a Toyota Camry and was told by sales associate Luciano that we could take it for an off-site inspection during our test drive where a certified automotive tech put the car on a lift. While inspecting the car, a manager from the dealership called, raised his voice, and aggressively denied permission to inspect the vehicle, demanding we immediately return. Luciano followed up with a second call shortly after, where, in a heated tone, he denied ever giving permission. Why push back with such hostility against an independent inspection unless there is something they don't want you to see? The inspection revealed a MAJOR HAZARD: a brass compression fitting splicing a high-pressure hydraulic brake line (see photos). Standard brass compression fittings are rated for 200-400 PSI, with explicit warnings against automotive brake use, while brake systems operate at 2,000+ PSI. This type of repair is not DOT approved and poses a severe and sudden failure risk under hard braking, leaving you WITHOUT brakes. How can a vehicle be considered roadworthy with this type of fitting? Are their vehicles actually being inspected before sold? I would not trust this dealer with your or your family's safety. Avoid at all costs.
