The food was cold and spoke to the chef and all he did was take off for the cheapest meal and which was cold also. If I could give a no star I would. Food was cold and tough. I spoke with the head chef Carlos not really wanting to appease to our experience. We didn't even get an apology for the long wait. This is my family's first and last time going there. Especially being on vacation. I highly doubt not recommend this place at all and it's highly disappointing due to the location of the place that set the ambiance off from what could've been a memorable moment.

Our hotel concierge told us that 5 o'clock would be really crazy and so he suggested 6 o'clock. There was very few people there at 5 o'clock so they let us move up. The food was fantastic. I got the half lobster and shrimp and my wife got half lobster and chicken. The side dishes buffet of salad, and rice and eggplant and spiced pumpkin rolls was delicious as well. I ordered the pan fried (grilled) grouper that came with a home-style cole slaw and seasoned rice with a few black beans mixed in. Tartar sauce came in a squirt bottle and lemon on the side. The fish was seasoned well and priced great. I heard others around us raving about the fish and chips, too. There is a vegetarian section on their menu but I don't know how easy it would be to get anything vegan except a salad. At the end you walk up to the bar / hostess area to collect your check and pay.
