One thing to mention is that the food is tasty but is not necessarily diet food. They don't list the calories or ingredients on the packaging. Not a big deal to me but if you are counting calories, you'll have to do it manually or else where. I do find the portions to be just on the spot. It's satisfying but not huge portion. You can also get meals made in bulk. They can customize your order a little. And they till make it all fresh on the same day of pickup. That way you food is fresh and good for 7 days. This store did have the Swift Whiskey Black Pepper baby back ribs but unfortunately, it was not a ready to bake in the bag version. All three rib slabs at different weights are only $3.50 per pound. This store seems well organized and the food labels are clearly readable. The staff was quick to assist me upon entry. Going back on this Saturday for a tasting of the curry chicken.

"Farm to Fork" is just a misleading name not an actual practice…read more I've been buying from Farm To Fork meals in Miami, and while the food is convenient, I'm starting to wonder: how much of this is actually coming from a farm vs. a standard wholesaler? The name "Farm to Fork" implies a direct link to local agriculture, but I haven't seen any specific local farms named on their menus or website lately. When I asked in the store whether the ingredients are organic, they said that they're not. And then when I asked if it comes from a farm, they said yes and didn't elaborate about which farms when I asked. I pushed harder and also tried to get the phone number of the actual farms or facilities that produce or provide the ingredients. They couldn't tell me that either. When I called the customer service, they also gave me a generic response and couldn't point out to which farms they are actually referring, and which produce are being sourced from what farms.
