When I brought it to the front desk's attention, I was told, "It's fine, it looks the same to me." After my service was completed, I was informed that a glitter ombré fill would not look the same as a full set. Had I been told that beforehand, I would have chosen to get a full set instead. This was my third visit. They ask whether you're happy with your nails, but when you give honest feedback, nothing is done to address the issue. Better communication and customer service would have made all the difference.

There isn't a single design he can't pull off. Tommy does my feet, and I absolutely adore this woman. She is incredible at what she does and keeps me laughing the entire appointment. I'm super ticklish, yet she somehow manages to get every bit of dead skin off while still making the whole experience enjoyable. After all this time, these two feel like family. My eyes were stuck together and were burning and when I opened my eyes there were big gaps where she pulled my eyelashes out and it hurt.
