The lady did an ok job. The nails were uneven. Was told it was $70 dollars for basic gel pedicure and a regular pedicure for a 5 year old which is basically polish. First and foremost, I love this shop and I am always very pleased with the work I have done here. Tina is incredible. Always kind, great attention to detail, and does a beautiful job. Extremely disappointed to learn they let people in the shop without masks on. I was EXTREMELY uncomfortable towards the end of my service when a couple entered and was given service wearing no masks. Literally do not go here. The girl made fun of my nails and laughed at the design before she filled them and was just rude the whole time. Looks awful and was a horrible and uncomfortable experience. I called before going to ask if they accepted visa and they told me yes so I obviously did not stop to get cash. I pulled my card out after and she said "seriously you don't have cash". Walk in... Asked for 2 mani-pedis(one was for my 10yr old) sat in the pedi chairs for 20 mins without our feet soaking. Not really a problem because I wasn't in a rush. There was 3 manicures going on when we walked in. I wanted a regular pedicure with callus removal. I was told they don't do that as an extra charge. You have to pay $40 for a specific natural pedicure that includes callus removal(they call it the sole treatment) I didn't want a massage cooling gel paraffin wax etc. This through up a red flag to me because I have never gone to a shop that didn't do certain services for an extra fee. Smh. They finished my daughter's toes before mine and completely forgot about her manicure. When i reminded the lady after 40 mins of eating in the back, she told me that she can "paint them" because she has an appt that just arrived. Uuummmm ok. My nails to me look like s+*%. I'm 39 weeks pregnant and came to get my nails cut and colored. I paid $65 for my Mani-pedi and my daughter's pedi. Mind you in there services book, it states "11 and under... Mani-pedi $25"....i paid $20 for just get toes. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. no one was apologetic, they treated my child like crap, and my painted nails aren't what u was hoping for. I had an appointment at 3 PM and at 3:50 was still waiting with only 5 people in the entire shop. Was forced to simply get a polish change which of course they still charged me for. They tried to reschedule me for another pedicure the next day which why would I do that if your appointment does not matter. Will not be back. Absolutely horrible. Went in on a Friday. Nobody was really there & it took forever. Finally got to pick my colors - the girls couldn't find the colors, had to pick others. The entire time she yanked and pulled on me because I guess I wasn't cooperating. The gel manicure didn't even last a day before chipping. I live an hour out of town so when I finally had a chance to get back on a Sunday the owner questioned me - as if I hadn't come in. I told her my nails are chipping, I got gel for it to last at least a week & it didn't. Please could she help me. Rather than fixing the poorly done manicure she filed and buffed the chipped parts, slapped a coat of gel on it and called it a day. JUST A WARNING! BEWARE OF DRILLING ON NATURAL NAIL! Visit 1: My first visit here wasn't so bad. Yes... it is definitely your typical "Asian nail salon" but I was trying not to judge them on that matter. The lady that started out doing my nails (I was getting a full set of rock star acrylics) was pretty gentle but halfway during my service someone else started doing my nails which I thought was weird and the second nail tech kept answering her personal cell phone while doing my nails. The nails themselves turned out okay... not the best but I'm really not that picky about my nails. All in all an okay experience... especially compared to the nightmare I had at Queen Bee in Riverpark. Visit 2: This second visit was not so pleasant. I came in to get fills and I had a different nail tech from my 1st visit. Everything was going fine until she started drilling on my natural nail. She started drilling on my left pinky and I jerked my hand back because of the pain... she just looked at me annoyed! There was no... "I'm sorry" or "what's wrong." I didn't think to much of the pain... I thought maybe it was because the drill was hot from the friction. Then she started drilling on the next finger... my left ring finger. I had the same pain and jerked back again... she just looked annoyed again. I guess she got the hint though because she took it a little easier with the rest of my nails. Then she put the primer on my nails and my left pinky and ring finger were THROBBING WITH PAIN! I looked at them and the natural nail was was almost gone! I told her how bad it stung and only then did I get a "sorry." LONG STORY SHORT- when I recently removed the acrylics (I had left them on for as long as I could because I was scared of what was underneath) half of my left pinky nail was hanging on by a thread and I had a hole down to the skin on my left ring finger. My other nails were somewhat thin too but at least they still had nail on them!!! UGH... I swear... I have THE WORST luck with nail salons. I will be doing my own nails from now on! She also made me bleed and cut my nails into a weird flat straight across shape. She seemed preoccupied and was constantly checking her phone throughout the entire pedicure. Typical Asian salon where nobody really speaks English. They just try to get you in and out as fast as they can to make as much money as possible. I love going to this nails salon. I've only been here a few times but I have yet to be disappointed I broke my nail and was denied to have it fixed by the nail salon I was going to at the time. This was the only place at 9:30 and I had to be at work by 10:30 I needed it fixed before work. Connie was more then happy to fix my nail. Me and my daughter got our nails done there and two ladies both were rude and did a terrible job on our nails. They both seemed to be unhappy with their jobs and it showed through there customer service. They filed our nails and were very rough when handling our hands, and made my daughters cuticle bleed too. Came to this nail place for the first time, Got a gel manicure three days ago they started to lift, which anywhere else I've gone lasts anywhere from two to even three weeks sometimes. I go back to them and the lady Sue claims I picked at them and that I probably didn't like the color and that it's my fault they're lifting and didn't even want to fix them or refund me my money. They use some off brand gel polish which should've been my first red flag. Their crappy customer service and quality of work doesn't even deserve one star. Bad pedicure experience! One of the ladies( the younger one) cut my nails so deep from the corners that my big toes are still throbbing on day 2. She also cut my skin, rushed the pedicure, left nail polish all over my skin, didn't put dividers between the toes while applying nail polish, immediately put my sandals on upon finishing the application and led me out of the chair rather than have me sit and let the polish dry a little, like most other places. By the time I got home, some of the nail polish had come off! This place also has very limited nail polish selection! I would not recommend this place. read more

I came in and asked for a manicure and said that I needed one right away because I was in a hurry. They said sure no problem, sit down, pick a color. I pick my color, and I waited, and waited, and I saw that there were several ladies in the back and I am not sure what all of them we're doing but one was eating. And once again I asked if somebody's available for me right away, and they said yes right away, and one of the ladies that was in the back looked at me and said yes right away right away and she nodded and proceeded to eat. They clearly have no respect for my time, so I have no desire to spend my money there. If somebody had communicated with me and said that it was going to be a few minutes, I would've been able to decide based on that information if I could wait or if I had to go, but since they said nothing about how long the wait was going to be and they just kept on saying right away without anyone showing any signs of moving, I thought that I had to leave. read more
