The zaatar crepe was simply just dried herbs in a crepe, the crepe de dijon had the most filling but it was just off the flavor was gross and the Mediterranean one was okay but still not worth the money. It's as if I was a kid again eating an imaginary meal at a play set. But the meal is far from imaginary... With a limited menu that changes regularly, they prepare rich meals of both quality and quantity. I had a sausage and potato stuffed omelet with carmelized onions that was a very delicious monster. Quite often, home fries are either greasy, or over-cooked, or even over-seasoned, but these were perfect. It seemed as if they had just pulled the potatoes from the ground that morning. My girlfriend had the best, "meatiest" tomato soup I have ever tasted, and her gourmet grilled cheese blew my mind. (If I didn't love her so much, I would have stolen it from her!) For dessert, we had white-chocolate raspberry cookies that were yummy beyond reproach. (The cakes in the dessert display may bring people to tears.) The service was also wonderful and the coffee really hit the spot. Reservations recommended and there is parking in the rear of the establishment.

The brightly colored layered cookies with chocolate frosting were very good (wish I remembered their name) - I ate them in the car before I pulled away. I will be back. The only thing not perfect is I had to park far away and the stairs are a little steep for a 78 year old with bad knees. But a lady held the door open for me to get down the stairs with my bags of goodies. Depending on how long you've been going there, everything I tried was as good as the original owners. The staff was very good to me too. I had to wait a few minutes for my tomato pie.
