We waited about 20min and the line was longer than when we arrived. AND FOR GOOD REASON!! There was only one young woman working behind the counter - I guess the other employee couldn't make it in - but she was crushing it! She wasn't flustered by the crowd, she was still friendly and smiling, talkative, and professional. Once I ordered, I knew I'd made the right choice to wait in line. I got a double scoop with chocolate and white mint Oreo. The chocolate was decadent and rich. Super creamy! The white mint Oreo was just the right balance of minty with huge chunks of Oreo. What I like is the lack of globs of frosting that make up for the flavorless, dry cake of many cupcake offerings. There's just enough cream cheese icing drizzled to emphasize, but not hide, the cake itself. I picked up a pecan praline and a carrot cake -- both were good -- but the pecan praline especially stood out for me. That's something since carrot cake is always my first choice. While individual bundt cakes are always available, there are larger versions customizable for any occasion that might be a good alternative to cake. These aren't inexpensive, but for the nearly-two servings size and on special occasions, it's a nice option.

The variety changes daily, so getting the rundown of the available deliciousness in the display case is almost a must-have. Also available, for those so inclined, are Russian language lessons.
