The employees are very friendly, patient, and there was no sort of high-pressure sales tactics as far as I could tell. Or maybe people just know better because they take one look at me and realize I'm unsellable. Or maybe it's just that the products in here are so impressive and top-of-the-line that they don't need to really push to sell anything. I can't afford to shop here, but it's a hell of a great place to bring a girl who has her own house or wants her own house. Then I get rewarded with a make out session in the parking lot. Loved his design ideas and being able to see them on the computer especially different layouts. He provided high quality unobtrusive work in a timely manner and fixed previous sub quality problems from previous installer (he even made sure the work area was clean at the end of each work day). The guys down the road at the tile place told me to check out this place. I didn't even know they were here! The space is small, but there's a lot packed inside. And everything in their is made to order, so you get exactly what you want. The guy who was working that day, I think he was the owner, was really helpful. He explained the catalog to me and showed me how you can pretty much customize your piece by choosing the size, the type of wood and finish, the hardware, etc. He explained the pricing differences and really made me feel like he knew what he was talking about. I did not buy from him in the end, and that's only because I needed the vanity sooner than he could get it to me. You don't think they build this stuff in a day, do ya? Right. So, I couldn't wait the amount of time I was going to have to wait in order to get my finished piece, so I ended up getting something somewhere else, but if I'm ever looking again, I will definitely stop in and see him when I've got the time to wait for the perfect piece.
