The selection is fantastic at this store, though, and the areas are clean and labeled properly. They clearly know what they're doing when it comes to the holidays! The cashier was friendly and courteous. She even put away the shopping basket I had so I wouldn't have to. She didn't rush me either, despite there being a few people in line. I know that other ADs do this too, but it's a deceptive practice and one which is hurting the watch industry. They now have a certified pre-owned section, which is priced at around 200% of the grey market value. I don't know who is going to spend $11,000 on a 30 year old, 36mm Datejust but certainly not anyone who knows the market. I still use them to browse and check out Tudors and their staff is always friendly: except the store manager - he's a bit sketchy. So, use them for window shopping, maybe jewelry - but not Rolex. They're just another AD who uses the list system to line their own pockets. Maybe Rolex will pull their license to sell someday.
