And this is as good as any. It's not dirt cheap but they do have a lot of cool stuff and they're here all the time, year round, located inside the insanely busy outdoor strip shopping mall on the Boulevard. As I said - It's an outdoor strip mall and getting in and out of here is a total nightmare but if you do make it to this store it's a pretty good one as far as party stores go.

She was a nasty middle-aged woman with black hair that yelled at me for taking a picture of a Chewbacca hoodie/costume. The sign over the hoodie reads "Only try on if serious buyer. No pictures please." I took this to mean that we should not be the 500th person to take the hoodie off the rack with no intention to buy, just for a silly picture. I understand that and agree that would be annoying if I were the owner and dirty people constantly did that and never bought it. I didn't even touch the thing though. The manager said "No pictures anywhere in the store!" I guess with all the tourists, they can afford to be as rude as they want. The rest of Niagara seems to be run by much nicer and professional people fortunately.

The young man at the register looked at me when I asked for a bag and he just slid the card closer to me on the counter. It seemed they once had better priced cards. They had the bullets that I needed here and they were really not too friendly about it but they had them - and that was what mattered - so they definitely get a good score from me even though I don't think it's the best store and it was a little hard to find them, and they kept falling apart on me all night - soooo cheaply made.

I told them I just wanted it taken off of my credit card. She basically ignored my request and said that she would take my phone number down, to give to her manager to see if I could come down at a later time to pick it up. I of course never heard back!
