Here's what I would recommend: get cabinets and countertops at Kinetic Kitchen and Bath if you want to. For flooring, I would suggest buying the flooring yourself, and then telling your contractor that you will supply the flooring (that is, take Kinetic Kitchen and Bath out of the equation for flooring). This way, if you have a problem with the flooring, you can return it to the big box store. Kinetic Kitchen and Bath's return policy on flooring is no good to you if you have a problem with it because the flooring is custom made, and they might charge you a restocking fee (even though you did nothing wrong).

Several mistakes were made during our kitchen project by Kinetic staff. Our cabinets did not fit the space as designed because the designer measured wrong. We had to wait twice as long for our cabinets than we were told we would have to. We had to send product back because of damage or not properly fitting because of the errors. We were shorted hardware. It took almost 4 months to get everything we ordered in an acceptable condition. We were told repeatedly that there was only one person working there and that's why we weren't receiving any information. Not an excuse for terrible customer service and subpar quality product. When we raised these concerns the owner told us that's just how construction goes. TERRIBLE experience.

He provided high quality unobtrusive work in a timely manner and fixed previous sub quality problems from previous installer (he even made sure the work area was clean at the end of each work day). We took the time to stop in and check them out. We were amazed to find one in our odd size and brought it up. Turns out "the fine print says the sale is not on new-build materials." Hmm. Well, I took picture of the huge signs outside and see no "fine print," nor any signs within the store designating certain areas as exempt from the sale. Oh well. We put the window back and will take our business elsewhere.
