Lots of memories of my Grandmother taking me here in her old dark blue Monte Carlo (The car with ash trays still built into the doors). There's a lot more items added to the menu, but my go-to's are still the slaw dogs and fries. West Virginia slaw dogs are hotdogs topped with coney sauce, minced coleslaw, and mustard. Delicious. Nobody makes them better. Nobody. My brother and I stopped here shortly after we buried my Grandmother to relive some nostalgia from our childhood and dedicate one more Parkway dog to her. Our server was attentive, and very kind. We were a little scatter brained, so I appreciated her patience. So we jumped off the interstate, and wound our way down to the quaint downtown of Wytheville. It's a beautiful little town, and also the birthplace of Edith Boling Wilson, wife of President Woodrow Wilson. So we rolled into town and spotted Skeeter's nostalgic brick corner building.
