I usually come in and get Jennie but it was packed today for Mother's Day and she was taken. I decided to treat myself but quickly regretted it as the lady that did my feet clearly was rushing. She did a terrible job and was kinda hurting me with her massage. I asked the lady that was doing my nails if she could fix my toes because I didn't realize it was that bad until I sat down and really looked. It looks like my little brother did it. She didn't even file my nails straight as all. So the lady doing my nails also rushed as you can see by the terrible nails job. She didn't fix my feet as all EITHER! I feel played with and I still had to pay $110 even though I spoke up about both things. I'm genuinely so irritated with this job and I didn't even want to come back here! read more

This is the best nail experience I've ever had. I'm shocked this place is in my town. Jason (owner) is an actual ARTIST. He can do anything and I've seen lots of his work. This business is bright, clean, professional, and organized. The front receptionist, Luna, is inviting and welcoming. They have added the extra touches: cold beverages/wine, good relaxing music, cuticle trimming/oils that some businesses skimp on. I'm a huge fan and highly recommend this salon. read more

I went in for a mani/pedi at 3 pm on a Sunday. I walked right in and sat right down in a chair. My pedicure was really great. The gentleman took a lot of time to work on my nails and the massage was so nice. I had a different gentleman for my manicure though and they turned out terrible. I wanted a full set, cut short and in a squoval shape. The nails turned out so thick and chunky after he was done, I feel like I could've just got press ons and would have been happier. They aren't as short as I wanted nor are they the shape I wanted. I can't get over the thickness of them...it's like I have chiclets glued to my fingers. He also spent zero time doing any kind of care for/trimming of my cuticles, which was another big disappointment. Unfortunately, I will not go back. read more

I showed a picture of this nail inspo (picture) got something similar good nail work but.. i was overcharged $35 because they said it was an "almond tip". i asked for a full set of this picture that clearly is french tip which i should have paid $40. but instead had to pay $75. i was lucky to have my mom with me who paid the extra because i would have flipped out and got what my moneys worth causing a scene. but if you go here pray to The Heavenly Father that you don't get a butchered nail job done or overcharged with these hidden fees. read more

Was terrible. I went in to get prom nails and came in with a certain idea of what I wanted. Nails are all different shapes and sizes and the design is not even close. Worst prom nails ever. The guy and the front desk even had to file one of them cause it was so bad. They didn't even clean up under the nails, left over acrylic and glue all underneath. My daughter and I made an appointment. This was our first visit. We really enjoyed our experience. I received the best French manicure I've ever had! My daughter got tips and they look great. I really liked that they have manicure specialists and different pedicure specialists. Hands down the best pedicure we've ever had! The staff we're all so nice and also professional. So I went in yesterday to get a full set and although I was taken in so fast the person who did my nails (I think his name was Eric) was horrible! My nails have never felt so sore and or hurt so bad after getting them done. One of my index fingers was so crooked you could just tell. I had to trim all of them down MYSELF when I got home and file them till they all looked some what straight and decent. Not to mention that he made my bleed and apologize but to fix it he just put super glue and kept going. My nails are raw now because of how rough he was with me. Decided it wasn't even worth it to go back and get them fixed because first impressions are everything to me. unless you're willing to have your hands feel like they've be severely bruised DON'T GO HERE. read more

Clay always does a PHENOMENAL job on my nails. Before going here, I went to New York Nail and spa in the mall and had a quite traumatic experience. Needless to say I left there with chemical burns on my hands due to negligence and drove to LC Nails afterwards to see if they could repair the damage done. I was greeted with kindness and left with nails that didn't hurt and looked beautiful too. They are my go-to place to get a mani/pedi. read more

Only one guy can do nails here and everyone else is extremely rude. You'll come at 2 and they'll tell you that they don't have anyone available until the next day even though it's 5. I've had my nails messed up twice now, falling off within hours of getting them done and attitudes when I went to get them fixed. Okay prices. But I would go somewhere else. read more

Negative: I made an appointment for two people at 11 (their opening time on Sundays) and they did not open the doors until 11:25. If you make an early appointment, beware!! Positives: Nice work! Although there are a lot of chairs, there were not many other people around when I came with my mother so it was a relaxed environment. 1st Time here as my husband treated me for my birthday. Henry did my pedicure and manicure (gel polish). He spent about 1 1/2 hours with me to do it all. He also painted a snowman on my big toe and ring fingers. I so appreciated him taking his time and doing all of the work from beginning to end. Decided to go with owners recommendation of doing liquid gel nails instead of acrylic since 85% of his customers prefer it. Sadly 3 nails have already cracked. It cracked towards the middle(pressure cracks I'm sure). I paid for my nails & pedi along with my sisters mani/pedi. Just was expecting more. I must say when I went here about 2 years ago it was definitely a 5 star location, I would get acrylic with Gel polish over it. Guess I'm saltly since I was on vacation and there was no reason why my nails should have cracked. read more

I believe the lady who did my nails was the owner? Not sure, she sat in the very first seat. She was completely distracted while doing my nails. Constantly stopping to either talk to her coworkers or greet people (that is understandable). I'd remark that there was lumps on my nails (I asked for liquid gel with white tips) and she remarked, " don't worry, I'll file it down at the end". My nails are not the worst I've ever had done but they are definitely not done of good quality. As you can see on the photos, the edges of my nail polish have lifted after one ONE day!!!!! I have two kids (a newborn) and I work full time. If I had the time to go, I would've gone the very next day to have them fixed. I'd like to give the salon the benefit of the doubt because I have heard good things but I'll definitely NEVER go back to that lady!!!! Horrible nails! read more

It was ok. Seem there was a bunch of clueless teens doing pedi and they went threw my pedi so fast. My nails looked ok better then when I went in but ok it could have been better. If I'm paying for services I expect great service. This place looked clean, can't comment on if they were kind as they were more focused on getting the job done quick. One girl jumped in the middle of the fella painting my nails.... guess he wasn't fast enough. I won't come again they deff prefer to have quantity over quality. I haven't gotten my nails done many times in Jacksonville and I saw this place had good reviews to say the least so I decided to try them. My toe nail polish came off twice while I was there they had to re do it and when I got home it was messed up again. I also got a gel manicure and it's already chipping and this is only day 2.. I'm very happy with my experience here. I was waiting on tires and was a walk in. I was immediately greeted by one of the staff. I got the deluxe spa pedicure with paraffin wax and massage; the lady I had gave a great foot massage. The place is clean and professional, and the staff is nice. I would def come again! read more

I'm a customer for life! I am a realist, or as some people may see it a bit cynical but truly this salon is great for wax, lashes, nails & pedicures! My favorite tech for brows is definitely Lin, she's one of the owners (the "L" of the LC). And another fact I really appreciate is that my (teenage) daughters are able to go in there with or without me and they receive the same fantastic service. Rarely is there an extended wait time and recently they opened a second salon which should only improve the wait time even more!! read more

The first time I went to this place it was great the lady in the 2nd chair did so amazing .. a week later I broke a nail went in to get it fixed got the guy in the 4th chair .. so rough and absolutely terrible my nail doesn't match the rest of them and when I asked if the lady was there who first worked on it they said she was gone for the day and they insisted he could fix it. I was desperate so I sat down worst mistake ever. It took 20 mins to fix one nail because he was on is phone more than anything .. I don't recommend them at all. read more

I've gone to LC Nails a few times. I am not a fan of their pedi, but Lynn is great with nails. My only reason for not continuing to go here is they are a bit more expensive than the other salons in the area. Other than that, Lynn is great & can do great designs that you show her. read more

I've gotten gel manis here three times and have always left impressed. Their work is very neat and I've never felt rushed. Since I usually go early on weekdays, I've always been able to go strait to a station with no waiting. While most places have a horrible chemical smell, this salon seems to have amazing ventilation (but, again, I go early and before they get busy). The only downside is that they don't really say anything other than "what color" or "what shape." It's all-business, with little effort towards pleasantries. read more
