When I returned to have it looked at, my concerns were completely dismissed and I was told it was "normal." It was not normal. I took my car to another Honda dealership, and they quickly found the issue--a loose bolt--and fixed it. This is something that should have been caught the first time, especially after such a major repair. Instead of taking accountability or even properly checking their work, this dealership brushed me off and sent me away. The lack of attention to detail and customer care is unacceptable.
