She walked me through the process step by step before even touching my hair and was very transparent on the pricing which I appreciated. Not only do I have my dream hair but I have an entire salon full of ladies who feel like family. Shelby runs the salon in a way that everyone can feel welcomed, appreciated, and valued. My daughter is young and sees them as well. I always feel confident leaving her in their hands so she can practice her independence in an environment I can truly trust. The pricing on all services is MORE than fair and they will never do anything to your hair that could be detrimental in the long run to the integrity of your hair. Braily was so sweet, easygoing and such a perfectionist, very happy with her attention to detail and ability to give me exactly what i asked for! I went for a haircut and style appointment with Taylor, after seeking some recommendations in a local group. She was very friendly and informative leading up to and during the appointment. Not to add any pressure, but this was a big deal for me, as I have been recovering from brain surgery since October, and was finally able to use leave-in products and get my hair cut. Not only do I love my hair, but I've gotten multiple compliments since then. The owner was very nice and attentive as well, greeting me and offering me a drink as soon as I arrived. I went for a consultation for Hair Extensions! These gals are the experts. I realized it doesn't make sense to get Hair Extensions for one event because it requires maintenance. However, they offered other solution solutions such as a Halo. When I do decide to proceed, they are the ones to do it. I felt like I was speaking to Hair Engineers! After 3 years of search, I have finally found a place that asks and understands my hair goals and is honest enough to tell me, because my hair was so damaged, they were going to do less on my hair to get to a place where I can start over. I love the small and more intimate setting of this salon . In an environment like this, I truly feel taken care of and that I am not just another client. The attention to detail that was given to me by Hope in ensuring the look I want and was going for was completed with such grace and she was easy to talk to. I also love that I was greeted by the sweetest pup ever when I walked in! He's the real boss of that place Sooo cute! The entire staff was very nice and the woman working the reception desk (I didn't catch her name) was also very courteous and had asked me a couple times if she could provide me with any beverage while I waited or when I snuck up to the candy bowl . Shelby did an amazing job on my color! She magically blended away the gray with highlights and lowlights and it looks great! I'm been growing out my pixie for a while now (now shoulder length but still with a bunch of layers) and she also showed me how to style it for more of the look of a smooth lob, hiding those flyaway layers, with a flatiron.
