We've been under construction for months out here and I've been dealing with contractor after contractor, being more disappointed than not by most. Not these guys! They always showed up when they said they would, got the job done right and quickly, and fixed any issues I had immediately. Tanner was always easy to get a hold of. I'll definitely be using LawnPop again when we're ready to install more turf out here for the dogs. Pleasure to work with! Thanks guys! read more

Get a referral for Lawn Pop on artificial grass for a patch 13' x 6'. Tell them I realize it's a small job but I could use the help. Get a response: no worries you make our minimum at $2,400 plus tax. Shocked and sharing the price with not only my landscaper but also two neighbors contemplating the same service for our small urban backyard spaces, I respond "that must be a mistake". Neighbors are now calling them criminals! She explains no, it's correct because our minimum is 250SF at $2,400. "Let us know if you want to get on the schedule". How at 78SF am I meeting their minimum?! They just want money however they can get it, IMO! If you want to overpay because they want to charge you for a 250SF job when all you need is 78SF, then use Lawn Pop. Not me. I prefer to give my money to honest businesses. Go POP yourself, Lawn Pop!!! Taking our business elsewhere and getting word out far and wide. Shame on you! read more

We are very happy with our turf from Lawnpop. They have made our previously unusable yard into a lovely oasis for our twin toddlers. They were courteous and professional. Highly recommend this service! read more

I contacted multiple turf providers in the ATX area for a (pretty straight forward) project around our pool and house. LawnPop (specifically, Eric G) were quick to come out and survey the property. Eric seemed distracted -- at the very least, disinterested in answering my questions or providing information about their products and process. I ended up receiving 4 separate quotes for the job -- all within 24 hours, except the one from LawnPop! I had to call them more than a week after their survey to request my quote. They did then provide me with a same day quote; but, it was more than 2x -- two times -- more expensive than all other quotes for the same area and comparable turf! 2x. Even more frustrating Eric G's square cottage estimates were grossly inaccurate -- overestimated. He broke the project down into two parts and estimated the two (very different sized) areas to be exactly the same, down to the square foot. When I reached back out to them for clarification, they chose to pass on the project -- as opposed to explain/defend their process or 2x cost estimate. read more

Between the drought and the dogs, my backyard was a disaster. Mud and dirt all over the patio and dirt in the house. 3 short days later the yard is perfect and house is clean. Great product and experience read more

I was so impressed with LawnPop! I had a very tight timeline for installing artificial putting green for an upcoming event. The job was completed within 3 days of the initial quote! Customer service was fantastic- very responsive and kind. The price was fair and quality amazing! read more

We recently put a pool in our smaller, urban backyard and wanted artificial turf on two sides to prevent mud in and near the water. Tanner with LawnPop evaluated our needs, gave a competitive estimate and worked around our schedule. The installation process was straight forward and professional. We are very pleased with the result and would definitely recommend LawnPop! read more

LawnPop just completed our installation of artificial turf. It is gorgeous. No more mud puddles. No more paw prints in the house. The dogs run and play in the yard and we love looking at it. Great product. Great company. Great crew. read more

We received estimates from a couple different artificial turf installers. The bid from LawnPop was in the middle in terms of cost, but it was the only bid that included a 15 year manufacturer's warranty as well as a one year installation warranty. Eric at LawnPop had answers to all my questions, he brought samples of all the turf options, and promptly answered all my texts/emails. The installation team were all professional, friendly and did a great job. I would highly recommend LawnPop, and many thanks to Eric and Tanner for a job well done. read more

These guys are great! They were quick, attentive, perfect installation, and it was installed ahead of time. What else could you want?

Tanner and his team at LawnPop did a stellar job installing artificial turf at the Kimber Modern Hotel here in South Austin. They were on time, worked with our guests' schedules, and managed to finish right on schedule. They had a challenging job as the front of the hotel is sloped and very visible. Without question, I would use them for all of my upcoming projects. Tanner is so easy to work with and very responsive via phone, text or email. Thanks LawnPop for transforming my hotel. read more

Tanner Shepard and his crew installed turf on our playground at Gethsemane Lutheran Children's Ministry. I was impressed with the work ethic and the workmanship. I had no idea the amount of prep work that went into laying turf. The crew showed up early in the morning and worked consistently until the job was completed. Tanner was very good about checking in to make sure everything was going well and to make sure we were happy with how the job was progressing. The children and parents love the playground. It is outside my office window and I find myself staring at it throughout the day. We are a nonprofit organization and will be raising money to install turf on one of our other playgrounds as well. We are looking forward to working with Lawn Pop again!! read more

Lawn Pop did an incredible job installing turf in our backyard. Eric came out and measured everything and within 3 weeks we had turf! It looks and feels absolutely amazing! I give them five stars for their customer service and for doing such a great job all around! If you are ever thinking about putting turf in, you need to call Lawn Pop. read more

We hired LawnPop to cover a 3,000 Sq. Ft roof deck for a venue in downtown Austin. We were all skeptical of the outcome as the shape of the deck was tricky and there were tents to work around. Tanner and his team were a joy to work with and helped us stay on budget. The turf is absolutely seamless and completely transforms the looks and feel of the deck! The turf is sturdy and a lush "green" hue that looks great. Highly recommend for Commercial and residential use! read more

I sent a message on their website and followed up with a call, got an answering machine that stated someone would call, still waiting after 3 weeks. Looks to me that they don't want the business! This is not the way I ran my business! read more

Tanner sent us a bid without looking at our yard, we had heavy rains before he started working which required some additional barriers be installed. We spoke about this and he was very calm "yes, we can absolutely do that work" never mentioning it would cost money. Turf is so expensive I assumed it was included in our cost. Then he slaps is with a $500 bill after the fact and lectured me (like I was a child) when I got angry about the price increase. After I got upset he would only speak to my husband, never once offering an apology to me for his very unkind words. My guess is that he was busy and just needed to slow down. His guys did great work and I have no complaints about that. That being said, our customer service experience was not good. So, if you go with lawn pop- get a comprehensive bid that includes all services to be supplied. Make sure he writes down what he will or won't do and what that will cost. read more

I would love to experience all these great things but no ever calls me back to get my business. Got a quote, asked they come over to our office per their suggestion and no response. Followed up again via email and nothing. I figured they were busy so I called again, left a voice mail still no response. Just called again and still no one picks up. I guess business is really good when you can't call your customers back. read more
