They pulled out the old edging and replaced it with metal edging, brought in fresh dirt and pea gravel, and installed an irrigation line to keep things watered going forward. We also had them plant two jasmine we had in pots, and they patched in new grass around the edges where the old digging had left bare patches. The end result looks great -- clean lines, good drainage, and the area around the tree finally looks intentional instead of neglected. The jasmine and grass patches have taken root well. Jaylin, the foreperson, was easy to work with and responsive to our input throughout the job. It was a small project but he treated it with care, especially working around the tree's root system.
