I am a professional commercial property manager in Austin. I had Integrity re-stripe a parking…read more lot for a large office building parking lot about 5 years ago and was impressed with the quality of the work. Recently my 2.5 Ac. parking lot for a large office building needed substantial asphalt and concrete repair i obtained competitive bids and their price being fair, I let the job to them. They arrived promptly for the job, (from Thursday through Sunday) and planed, on behalf of my Tenants, to schedule the work to cause the least interruption of their business day. The crews were always on time, had a very well thought out schedule of rotating various areas to close for their work, the people were friendly and very helpful to my Tenants and the job was on time, on budget and performed excellently. Many of my Tenants complimented their efficiency and cooperation, even including several of my Tenants clients who stopped by to make sure I was aware of how helpful Integrity's staff on site had been in making sure they found a place to park.I've been a commercial builder, developer and property manager in Texas since 1973 and can recommend Integrity completely, start to finish! Their headquarters representative said I don't have to return the cap on their damaged tote but I was livid. These unapologetic and unconscientious people in dripping springs are terrible. I have used Bedrock for several projects over the years: flagstone courtyard, extended patio in backyard, landscaping building and finishing, and more....a few of which were DYI. The support team at Bedrock really helped this novice get all of the materials I needed for each job (i.e., the exact amount of stone and granite) per my measurements. Aaaaaand, if you need a contractor they have a stellar list of recommendations to accommodate you. The prices cant be beat and delivery (if needed) is fast. From the smallest "to do" to a complete outside makeover, Bedrock has everything you need and more. SADLY, freak winter storm Uri killed all of my palm trees, agaves, potted plants, and more, so I spent most of March cutting down and hauling off dead stuff. :( All of my landscaping areas need some sprucing up as a result and Bedrock to the rescue already! Hopefully everything will be looking relatively "normal" again soon, albeit all plants are not mature. Ha! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
