Was so excited about this project and was happy to pay top dollar for what seemed to be expert-level knowledge and experience from Ron and his team. Ended up having to bring in other contractors to power wash stained stones, fix chipped and hazardous materials, and resolve several bad flooding issues that resulted from this $24K job. Just had a great experience with Ron and his team. They initially came in to pull some crabgrass and weeds, but Ron had a vision for my yard that has it looking incredible. In just the course of one day, they tidied everything up, re-mulched it, and then put welded steel down on the ground to make a very nice and tidy path with crushed granite in the middle. They also trimmed trees and spread fertilizer as well as stuff to organically kill grub worms. To top is all off, Ron is a super nice guy with a laid back, whimsical personality. I think I got a fair price, too. I own a small real estate agency and will be referring Transformed to our clients from now on. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. This company maintenances our condo property (Springhollow Condos). I have landscaped the front of our building at my own expense b/c our condo association does not do proper landscaping, just grass cutting. They absolutely devastated my little patch of plants and flowers by blowing dead leaves and branches into it to the point all my flowering plant leaves were shredded, succulents uprooted, and about 4-5 inches of dead leaves covered the whole thing. It looks terrible and most importantly ruined my garden completely. I cannot salvage it b/c the plants are so badly damaged. Strangely, the non-landscaped yard area directly next to my rocked-in garden looks free of leaves. Only my pretty area was affected. My garden is clearly surrounded by decorative rocks so this was straight negligence. We are firing them after so many complaints about carelessness at our property. Do not use this if you want to maintain anything of beauty. They are good for a quick grass mow and nothing else. read more

Ron was prompt in replying and we were able to schedule a consult time on the weekend that was very convenient for me. I shared with Ron my vision for the yard and he immediately got it and offered several good suggestions. He provided a sketch the same day, and after a we got HOA approval he got us scheduled the same week. He had told us it would be a 3-day project, but after the rain washed out the first day of work, he worked to complete everything in 2 days so it would be finished when originally promised.
