They actually recommended Court Connection. We had read previous reviews prior to contacting them and all those reviews were spot on. They are very easy to get hold of. Shortly after an initial phone consultation, we were able to contact the owner Colleen Dennis directly. She was professional, honest (we had certain questions and concerns being that Santa Barbara and its vicinities are considered a small town where we felt the chances of knowing someone on a personal level are greater - an initial concern of ours), and experienced. After taking care of the formalities, Colleen was given the service documents and instructions (per our state requirements). About two hours later, she messaged us back. She had already accomplished her mission. She did it in a polite and non-threatening way. Her personality seemingly puts people at ease and it seems they are more prone to accept service from her than someone who has a more "official" presence. There's a social media trend of "the designer who wanted ___" regularly interrupting the…read more"contractor who actually built it" ...Aaron was absolutely the contractor to execute my ideas with an incredible level of patience and expertise despite my weeks of indecisiveness. I had ~30 custom hats made across 2 hat styles, and was deciding between embroidery or heat transfer of what turned out to be a heavily detailed design. He was honest but thoughtful in discussing design constraints, which ultimately led me to being totally blown away by the quality of the final product. It was clear Aaron took the time to have attention to detail to ensure the design and color choice of the heat transfer background would align as best as possible across both hat styles.
