First we had her take care of our living trust and wills. They were complete, comprehensible, and her instructions were so clear we could easily execute our part. We had hired an attorney for 3x the cost and we never got our documents. With Victoria it was all done in a bout a month. Then we asked Vicotoria to helps us with our non-profit application. She guided us through the process, did all of our state incorporation paperwork, made sure we did the parts that we had to do. We received our non-profit status within 4 months, not a question asked, just APPROVED! Having gone through the application process with a different organization and an attorney in the past, the ease, speed and affordability offered by About Justice was a breath of fresh air. Competent, knowledgeable, wise, and people who genuinely care - just a fantastic experience. About Justice gets all our legal business - even through we are in Northern California, we still got amazing service, and would choose About Justice regardless of where we live.

I did speak with Mr Sua along the way and it was a good meeting, however and understandably contact with him is limited. I was not impressed with the support staff, I even had a lawyer swap half way through my case and I was never informed of the change, I happened to call in and I was then advised of the change, even at that time I never spoke to my new lawyer he (Ricardo) was almost non existent again the saving grace was Robin. I feel like that was poorly handled. My retainer never got behind but believe me if it got close there was a call made to add funds, which made me feel like everything was money driven. Sylvia was relentless. I think they are a respected company within the court system but I can't say I'd return if Robin wasn't on the case or Mr. Sua himself.
