The building itself is kept immaculately clean and the staff have always been uber friendly and professional. I originally purchased a Living Social (think Groupon) deal over a year ago for laser hair removal. I found out shortly after that I was pregnant and was unable to use the voucher. The laser technician, Jillian, offered for me to return after I had my baby and advised that they would extend the expiry date. Since having my baby 9 months ago, I have come for 2 session, with Jillian, who has been an absolute pleasure. I was definitely a little nervous, to say the least, that I may be treated differently because of my voucher but that has not been the case. They have free parking spaces in the back (so don't pay at a meter on 124th street) and a basket of sandals to slip on when you come through the door. You will walk through the Chiropractic area filled with modern items like stability balls and a trampoline. The decor is gorgeous and quite tranquil! The owner, Dr. Greg Stiles, is a chiropractor and I have run into him several times - and is he is as charming as he is handsome. I have overhead him working with patients and he has an amazingly calm and gentle demeanour. Even Jillian, the laser technician I see, has only had wonderful things to say about working for him. That is by far the best deal I've seen on any site like that since I've been signed up for 6 months. They even let you choose from a number of hair removal sites, I chose underarms. Since I had never had anything like this done before, when I called to make an appointment they told me I needed to have a consultation done first (it was free) to have a test patch done in case of a bad reaction. Thankfully I wasn't allergic! I've gone there 3 out of 6 times so far and although it's a bit irritating (you can't expect a process like that to be painless), I'm always in and out in under 10 minutes. I never have to wait, even when I show up early. The technician is always professional, and the staff are always friendly. I'm from downtown Edmonton and I'd be willing to continue making the drive to Sherwood Park, even without a Living Social coupon. Even if I don't have the chance to get a sweet deal on laser hair removal from there again, I'd most likely go back when I'm ready to get other areas lasered.
