Came earlier tonight to get my nails re-done (dip powder with a tip). Normally, they would've removed the old dip yet this time, the technician just filed it down leaving a layer of the old dip on there and kept the old tip and cut them unevenly with a regular nail clipper. Not to mention she was very rushed with the drill and cut all but one of my fingers. After removing some of the old dip, she proceeded to add more as if there were nothing there. Will be returning tomorrow morning for a refund... UPDATE We will be more than happy to return to our favorite salon as soon as the New Year gets a bit more settled for us schedule wise! I'm sure this last incident was an off chance, and are happy to give it another try. I'm sure they won't disappoint! UPDATE 2: Finally got a chance to go back! WOW! Such a great experience! I moved to Keller about a year ago and was looking for a great nail salon. I visited Lavish at least 5 or 6 times - and I have to say, every single time I left feeling like a) I just spent a small fortune for a manicure/pedicure and b) that the owner could have cared less about my experience. Yes, it's a very "fancy" salon, and they have a variety of options available. Yes, they offer you a beverage....but there are so many better options available in this area. I usually get the "dip" manicure and a pedicure, and it's at least $15 more expensive at Lavish than at Park Village Nails in Southlake (where I have decided to take my business). Also: they charge you extra to get an actual manicure (cuticles, hand massage) on top of getting the "dip." Three different times I asked to have this extra service (you check it off on the order form/sheet they give you upon entering), and they finished my dip and shooed me out the door without giving me the manicure part. I had to point it out - and have them take it off my bill three times! Just bad service for the price. Won't be going back. read more

Having recently moved from an area where at every block there is a mani/pedi shop and you can just walk in and get a mani/pedi in less than an hour , Lavish Nail Spa was a bit of surprise. When I first started coming here, the reception wasn't that great. They have a menu of services but couldn't explain exactly what the services were but I gave them it a shot anyway. I got the Raw Earth pedicure and was pleasantly surprised with massage, the scrub and a meticulous pedicure! It lasts at least 3 weeks without chipping! I also got a UV French manicure and that's when I started requesting Sandy to do my nails. She does an amazing job with my cuticles which are always a mess. I've been going back ever since. I call for an appointment and request Sandy to do my nails. They all do a great a pedicure! read more

I loved the atmosphere when you walk in they are very sweet! But I get acrylic nails and they left the acetone on my fingers for about 20 minutes and it was burning, my friend had to tell the woman doing her nails that my fingers were burning.... Not to mention I got white nails and it looked streaky, I asked the woman doing my nails to do another coat but she would not. I do not recommend going here for nails, I don't know if they are good at anything else. read more

I have been coming to Lavish for a year. I love that the owner always greets me by my name...she remembers and makes you feel important. I love the employees. From the minute you walk in they serve you a drink with great customer service throughout the visit. Best manicure/massage ever!!! My gels last at least 3 weeks. Pedicures are the bomb too. I really appreciate that all employees are wearing masks and there is plexi glass between customers and employees. They keep a clean salon and I appreciate all they are doing to keep clean and sanitary during this time of a pandemic. There were 2 large bottles of hand sanitizer at the door. I've been here several times and usually meet a girlfriend when I come here so we can visit and get our toes done. Our service was poor, the polish on my toes is streaky and we weren't offered anything to drink until our pedicures were over. I've been to other salons that are provide a better quality pedicure, provide better service and are priced comparably. When I get a pedicure it is my treat to myself. Poor service, and 45 for streaky toenails isn't acceptable. The wine tasted terrible as well. Sadly it didn't on previous visits. This place isn't what it used to be. Unfortunately, I was not happy with my nails at all. They never offered me a drink, and they were extremely rough on my hands and feet. My cuticle bled the entire time I was getting a gel manicure and the technician continued to spray alcohol on it and rub it which really hurt! It is still throbbing and my nails are uneven and crooked. Such an unpleasant experience-and extremely over priced in my opinion. Wont be coming back. read more

I never write reviews about places only clothes. I've come to this nail salon a few times and Joe do my pedicures never had my nails done here, going against my judgment I tried it. I wanted him but he was busy so his wife insisted I let her do them. She did a bad job in two days one has broke off. When she finished, she stated to me that she doesn't like doing nails, I was pissed cause it would've been nice to know before I let her get on my nails. I will never get my nails done there again. I went to have them fix the broke one and the guy said we're all busy can you come back another day are you kidding me if I was spending more money he would've through me in a chair or gave me a time to come back. read more

Lavish Nail Spa is beautiful inside, very clean and the staff are very friendly. Although it was busy, they seated my daughter and I quickly for our pedicures. I do like the staff wearing black shirts...very elegant..I'm sick of seeing white lab coats on nail techs. I like the menu sheet you fill out...helps with the language barrier. I appreciate image and cleanliness more than anything...these techs looked nice, no visible tattoos on arms and no odor of smokers, and the wash basins had plastic liners in them. If I could leave zero stars I would. I've tried a few nail salons around the area and I wish I had gone back to them. This place charged me 22 dollars for my 5 year olds pedicure. Insane. Then they rushed us to our chairs before we picked out our colors. Currently, we are sitting in our chairs in silence waiting for someone to help us I wish I had walked out before we put our feet in the water. My cuticles were not even pushed back during my pedicure, there was ZERO pressure for my massage, and for a more expensive gel manicure, it was in par with the much lower quality gel manis I have gotten in the past. My friend and I went in for mani/pedis and did not have a good experience. The staff only takes in their language and they did not speak English very well. Very rude. They seemed understaffed also. I love it! Wish I could post a picture of my NextGen Dipped Nails done by Joe two weeks ago - I'm going back in today - not because they need "filled" but because they are getting too long for my tastes so just going in to have them shortened and re-dipped. I have gone almost 4 weeks in between and they don't lift, break or chip. My daughter gets those pointy Gels (I don't like - but she loves) and they always look great and last last her almost 3 weeks between fills. She broke one and went in to have it fixed expecting to pay $5...they fixed it and sent her on her way without charging her the $5. read more

I have tried this nail spa 2 times. The first time I got the dipped nails at this location. I left there with the product all over my hands. They didn't have any brushes to scrub your nails and I wasn't happy. I went home scrubbed my nails and they were better. Some of the nails at the cuticle were they put the dipping and didn't file it down had a hard line. The nails lasted a month though and they didn't lift at all. Andy did them the first time. I tried this salon again this past Saturday thinking maybe a different tech would be better. Got dip nails by Vivian and a gel pedi by Nina.... The dip nail tech didn't do a good job. My nails are lopsided, cuticles are coved over with the product, she missed the product on the sides of my nails so there is a line and they don't look manicured at all. Over all nails don't look like they should after having them just done. Nina did my gel pedi and she took her time and did a great job. The only thing is she gave me the wrong color. I asked fro blue and got black. I do recommend Andy and Nina as techs but do not recommend Vivian. Hope this helps read more

My Mom and I came into the salon this past weekend for 2 pedicures. We called earlier in the week and made reservations. This was one of the worst, most painful pedicure experiences of our lives. We each had male nail techs - Justin and Kevin maybe? They each hurt us when cutting our nails and actually drew blood on both of us. My nail tech had me put my feet in the tub after the plastic liner had been removed - not clean! Especially considering I now had open wounds on my feet from his pedicure. And the cherry on top was when my Mom's nail tech was putting her flip flop on, he jammed it on her foot and her pinky toe got caught under. She told him her toe was caught and he continued to push the shoe on with her toe curled under. The nail tech then proceeded to pry her toe out from under her foot making it even more painful. She now has a horrible bruise on her toe! It is a wonder it wasn't broken. He then sloppily repainted her toe since all the nail polish had been wiped off. We've never been so battered and bruised after a pedicure. We will not be returning. I'm appalled at the lack of training and poor service we received. read more

Wine, frozen drinks and sodas are complimentary with services and the staff is very friendly--they even turned on the football game for my hubby. Totally grossed out! I'm getting a pedicure and someone was giving the lady next to me a pedicure and someone else was giving her a manicure. The lady giving her a manicure was so close to me when she cut her nails they were hitting me and one landed in my drink. Best nail spa in keller. Might be the best nail spa in Texas. Every time I have come here they have great customer service and I always leave with a perfect set of nails. They have good prices considering how long these nails will last you and how great the experience is. Sometimes you may have to wait a while (the longest I've ever waited was about 10 minutes) but if you don't make an appointment you can't really be upset about that. After you go to Lavish you will never want to try another nail salon. I don't even live in keller anymore so I only come get my nails done when I'm home from college. The nexgen nails I get last me anywhere from 3-6 weeks depending on the color I get and how it looks when my nails grow out, but I've never had my nails chip or fall off when I've gotten them done here. read more
