This is a restaurant with clearly enthusiastic staff and owners who have put a lot of effort into the ideas they are trying. Unfortunately, my take away was that the owners, maybe managers, are new in the restaurant management space. It feels like a lot of different ideas are happening but not converging as well as they could. The general impression I got was: confusion. A few specific issues stood out: * Friendly, enthusiastic counter service, but overworked, focused on too many tasks. * Drip coffee was not ready at 10 a.m. * About a 20-minute wait at the table for coffee to brew * Huevos were nicely presented but uneven in execution (papas flavorful but a little too salty, beans bland and unseasoned) * Outdoor seating is a nice idea, but tables felt small and cramped * Heavy direct sun on outdoor tables (limited shaded seating; north side might be worth exploring) * Exterior branding does not clearly communicate that this is a restaurant - feels more like branding for tattoo parlor/vapeshop/auto detailing * Overall concept feels pulled in too many directions * Menus are difficult to read (cramped text, color choice, and font) To the owners: I really hope you make this work. I would consider bringing in a consultant re service, hiring a graphic designer to up the branding/menu game, and focus on food consistency. It may be worth looking at books on customer service and restaurant psychology such as: * Service Design: From Insight to Implementation * The Science of Shopping * the Restaurant & Bar Marketing series by Erik Shellenberger I would love to delete this review and replace it with 5 stars in the future.

Breakfast quesadilla

Great food and amazing service We made the drive all the way from the west side to try this spot and wow... why have I not been here before?! From the moment we walked in, the service was so warm and welcoming. It honestly felt like stepping into a family member's home. They found us a table in their cozy dining room, and from there it just kept getting better. The food? Absolutely amazing. Everyone at the table kept asking, "What did you order?" It was so good (and so much!) that I asked for a to-go box before I even started eating. The service was top-notch, and the food somehow topped even that. We loved everything about this experience. If you haven't been here yet, you've got to give it a try you never know until you do. And if you love it as much as we did, spread the word! Small businesses need our support now more than ever they don't have the cushion that big chain restaurants do. We'll definitely be back!

My breakfast burrito was delicious! Pretty large, nice crispy bacon, hot green chile. What more could you want? Service was great, very friendly. Bike parking out front.

The food and service was amazing!!! I usually don't like eating calabacitas at restaurants. No one makes it better than my gramita or mama, but the calabacita burrito was amazing. Lavender Tea was amazing also. I didn't ask the name of the chef, but he came out and made sure everyone was enjoying their food. Marcela was a great hostess/waitress. I will definitely be back. 10/10 recommend.

I always want to let people know where they can find good and delicious food or services and if it locally owned It motivates me even more to want to spread the word, all of us should go out of our way to spread the word and I can only rave about Lavender Cocinita. First the food is delicious, I ordered the half or smaller portion frito pie, and there was nothing small about it trust me when I say this picture does not do it justice on how big it is and thank goodness for that because boy was it yummmmmy, I ate half and I got full and believe me , I can eat. I took the rest home my son ordered the green chile cheese burger with homemade fresh cut french fries, and WOW so delicious and the burger also HUGE and I yes I stole some of my sons french fries But the cherry on top of the wonderful sundae, I don't think they have Sundaes, but the staff, who i'm pretty sure were also the owners and they were so nice and provided exceptional, friendly service, and now have frequent loyal customers.

Calabasitas

Great food, good prices, and large servings. Nice place to eat in the north valley. The Ruben has great flavor and a lot of meat, but kinda dry. The quesadilla was crazy big and very tasty. The breakfast burrito is also crazy big and big flavor (the green chile was hot but still had flavor); a filling great deal. Huevos rancheros also had a great taste (really taste the corn), but the potatoes were overcooked. Calabasitas are also very tasty (every New Mexician has an option about this dish). The small things: 1) Have umbrellas up for outdoor seating before the customer needs to ask, 2) larger cups for water (pre-school size doesn't cut it), and 3) don't let your pride overshadow the customer needs for minor substitutions because of dietary needs.

The establishment boasts a truly distinctive aesthetic recalling a refined Southern charm reminiscent of Georgia that immediately commands attention. The space is remarkably well-appointed, offering expansive outdoor seating alongside an interior that is pristine, polished, and spotlessly clean throughout. I settled into a lovely private nook, perfectly positioned to enjoy the welcoming, lively atmosphere around the bar. The hospitality was top-tier from the moment I arrived gracious, attentive, and effortlessly polished. To celebrate a midday Friday, I selected their House Paloma, which arrived artfully presented, wonderfully crisp, and expertly balanced. For my main course, I ordered the Korean Fried Chicken Bowl, which proved to be an absolute culinary triumph. The chicken was prepared to perfection, delivering a vibrant, fiery kick of spice that elevated the entire dish. Between the immaculate cleanliness, standout decor, magnificent cuisine, and stellar service, Sixty-Six Acres earns full marks from me. A marvelous discovery I shall most certainly be returning

I was immediately impressed by the staff. you couldn't ask for better care and warmth. we participated in any activities that were offered and made new and lasting friendships along the way. thru those years there were difficult times. I guess the most difficult was the pandemic when we were limited to movement within the building but you would be amazed attn lengths the staff went to to keep us happy. delicious meals were delivered to our door ( we ordered from our menu's ). Games were played at each door if you wanted to participate and there were fun prizes. The weekly wine socials were brought to your door. Meanwhile, all the necessary health precautions were taken. The apartments were thoroughly cleaned weekly. When necessary, immunization clinics were brought to each resident and if you wanted to participate, they made it easy. Eventually that passed and life got back to normal but it's hard not to recognize the professional handling of that difficult time. The building was renovated and mad lovely for us. If anything needed to be updated, it was life moved along smoothly and I must admit, to my surprise. There were many staff changes but amazingly, the staff remained warm and caring. Deep down, I can forget that they are dealing with many different personalities and sometimes elderly people can be a tad grumpy. The loving staff simply overlooks the bad days. Food is always an issue but the menu is large with choices for everyone. If that isn't enough, there's a really great Bistro you don't want to mis. The activities are numerous and year round. Entertainment is provided on a regular basis and outings take place twice a week. All you have to do is signup. I can't close this without mentioning that my husband passed away in 2022. it was a difficult time made easier by the Fairwinds staff and especially the management. Being100% deaf and disabled, my family wanted me to move to assisted living despite my reluctance. Doralei warmly helped me make that decision to move and very graciously helped me find a comfortable apartment. The move was smooth and the golden treatment given by the health and Wellness staff has been perfect so I have to admit that it was the proper move. When I need appointments, the transportation service is wonderful and I can't forget to mention the wonderful drivers. Do you see how fortunate I furl that all those years ago, we made the decision to move here it was the perfect one. You can't go wrong.

By mistake, we got there 30 minutes early but were able to order a drink and walk the property along garden paths and discovered they had garden rooms that you could reserve for large parties. After we were sat with the other guests and the guest of honor, our awesome waiter explained how their food was sourced and a bit of history of the place for our friends that weren't familiar with the restaurant. There were vegetarians and a vegan diners amongst us so he explained all his favorite vegetarian dinners and also how they could alter the meal to make it vegan. EVERYONE was happy with their meals. My entree was their Mongolian Beef prepared and served in an extremely creative presentation which was absolutely delicious! Others had: mezze platters with and without the lamb, the Cavatelli pasta dish, shishito pepper appetizer, All quite delicious! Amongst the desserts ordered I had the basil, blackberry sorbet (if I recall correctly) which was refreshingly tasty! The whole evening was wonderful! The food! The company! But special kudos and thanks to the restaurant and staff at Farm and Table for helping make it a very memorable evening!

The weather permitted use to sit outside in the comforting blanket of mild sun shine. Service was slow and it took some time for someone to initially come to our table. I heard a few tables being offered to tour the area where some of the plants were being grown which was nice. That option was not extended to our table. The menu had a few vegetarian options that looked promising. I ordered barramundi and my wife ordered cavatelli which is a type of pasta. Complementary bread was brought out that tasted good but had too much salt on the crust. I didn't know but eventually found out that barramundi is a type of Asian sea bass. It was plated with a good amount of vegetables, but I found it to be bot a flavorful as I would have liked. I tasted the cavatelli and was not impressed either by the flavors. The drink section of the menu is a little confusing and we ended up with a grapefruit rosemary kombucha. The atmosphere was very nice and relaxing but I think the entrees were a bit over priced for what we received.

He asked me to breakfast and he looked up places to go here in Rio Rancho and found this restaurant online with good ratings. Ambiance The ambiance is cute, nothing fancy, comfortable, cheery (for instance live plants) and more importantly-different. I love when restaurants have their own style and don't look like other restaurants. For instance they have one seating area that is a booth seat with various different pillows. And there are two tops with both chairs and a bench. Simple, clean, charming. Service The waitress was friendly and admitted she was fairly new, which we wouldn't have known because for being new she was an above average waitress. Food I was surprised to see such original food. They had more of a global kind of food with definite nods to regional new Mexican favorites. For instance they had 'Madame Hatch', which was a classic Croque Madame sandwhich with green chile. The bread/ham/mornay sauce/basted egg were all cooked to perfection and tasted wonderful. 'Bombay Bagel' which was a French toast bagel, with goat cheese, black forest ham, sundried tomato, hardboiled egg, lemon honey, and microgreens, fruit. And NM classics like a smothered breakfast burrito. I attached pics of the menu so you can see everything they offer. Everything was appropriately priced, Not cheap, not expensive. Each dish was $11.00-$16.00 They serve breakfast and lunch. They also have a good, large selection of yummy, homemade desserts. If you're looking for good food, good service, something different but also great classics you need to check this place out.

This place serves as a hotel and spa (in addition to being a restaurant). This is my favorite restaurant in Albuquerque and one you should really try if you come here. *****CAUTION*****. This place is EXPENSIVE and maybe overpriced, but if you are a "foodie" like me you won't mind paying extra for the experience. What we had: APPETIZERS: 1 - bread plate - this was amazing! Love the fresh baked bread! Almost ordered a 2nd plate of bread but resisted so I could order dessert. 2 - pickle jar - fresh pickles from the farm and a nice pallet cleanser. 3 - Pork Memela - interesting combo with a thick fresh tortilla on the bottom, refried beans, and fried pork belly topped with pickled goodness. Unique combo and it worked 4 - Zaatar Lemon Salad - this we disappointing and we didn't realize it has arugula instead of lettuce. MAIN DISHES 1 - Native Ribeye - generous portion of steak cooked to perfection and grilled on the BBQ fire grill. Seasoned to perfection and served on top of farm fresh roasted potatoes and carrots. Loved it! Potatoes were my favorite pork of the dish. 2 - Sea Scallops - also really good and included some unique flavor combos and twists to scallops that also really worked 3 - salmon ceviche - this dish was just ok. Salmon was fresh and all but we didn't think it was a good match for a "ceviche." DESSERTS: 1 - plumb upside down cake - probably our favorite dessert. Wish the slice of cake was bigger 2 - Stone Fruit Tart - 2nd favorite dessert and came with a homemade ice cream that was AMAZING. 3 - Mocha Pecan Tort - least memorable of the desserts it was just OK.

Everything was good but surprisingly the bread (toast) was phenomenal. I was able to steal a bite of my friend's blue corn pancakes but did not care for the flavor or texture - I think I just prefer a sweeter, classic pancake. Service was pretty good, very friendly, except we had to ask multiple times for a new fly fan (ours ran out of battery) and a new one never came. Usually not a big deal but the flies were really, really bad and made our meal less enjoyable. However, with good food and friendly service in a nice setting, I would still recommend Campo for brunch.
