This is the best Italian eatery in Castle Hill/Parkchester. The meats are halal. The ingredients are fresh! No alcohol but they make mocktails. Family friendly. Staff and service are attentive and orderly.

Amazing food and the staff were sooo patient. Especially SARAH, she gave my 4 year old son so much love with her 5 star service. Highly recommend for a family friendly environment with excellent food. The steak and Bronzino were my personal favorite!

I went here for a late lunch and I really enjoyed my meal! The complementary bread was so good! We got meatballs as appetizers and they were so tender and delicious! I got the lasagna as my main course and that was so tasty as well! The interior is very clean and modern. Servers are very attentive as well! I would definitely come back!

I love being able to recommend a steakhouse that dry ages its own meats right here in the neighborhood. Yesterday, we were a bit pressed for time, so we ordered the lamb chops, skirt steak, and, of course, a nice bottle of wine. Everything was fantastic. The lamb chops were phenomenal, easily among the best I've had at any restaurant. They were incredibly flavorful, tender, and cooked to perfection. I'm usually not someone who enjoys eating the fat on meat, but the fat on these chops was rendered so beautifully that I found myself eating every bite. There wasn't a single chewy or unpleasant piece. I normally order the porterhouse or ribeye, but the skirt steak was an excellent choice when I wanted something leaner and quicker to enjoy without sacrificing flavor. The fried potato salad is another standout. It's a unique side that's absolutely worth ordering. And then there's the peppercorn sauce served with the lamb chops. It's a total mic drop. I honestly can't put into words how good it is. I found myself dipping everything in it (even my fingers ). It's that delicious! Fiorentina continues to impress every time we visit, and it's become one of my favorite places to recommend for a great steak dinner.

When I arrived the entire lower level was empty. When I found them, they were halfway up a steep 4 flights of stairs despite my uncle requiring a walker and my grandmother a cane-the hostess had apparently told them they must sit upstairs as the lower level was 'reserved'. Not only did they make no gesture to accommodate them in any other way, this is an EXTREME ADA violation, and could have very well been a lawsuit. The manager, Jimmy, sat and watched as both my grandmother and great uncle struggled to take the stairs, no hand of assistance. When I approached him, I was told 'what's the big deal, so you had to take some stairs'. I told him my uncle fell last year and was hospitalized for 6 months, if you see someone in a walker, why would you do this? His response 'I don't know what you want me to do, buy you a drink?'. Not only was their overall service awful and food barely edible, this is one of the most unaccommodating, disrespectful, and genuinely unsafe establishments I've ever been to.

We ordered the porterhouse, creamed spinach, calamari, baked clams, the jumbo baked potato, and some pasta. The porterhouse was perfectly seasoned, and it was enough for three people to share. Whatever sauce the baked clams were doused in, I need that recipe. I used the complementary bread to soak up some of that juice and it was amazing. Their espresso martinis were also really good and strong. The only thing I did not like was the jumbo baked potato. It just felt like there was Velveeta cheese slathered on top, so if there's an item I would pass on, it would be this one. Just get regular mashed potatoes. The service was amazing. The owner came out to meet with us multiple times. Our waiters were very attentive and gave us ample time to order. They literally cut our meat and served it for us. The ambience was really nice. It's your usual steakhouse joint, with dim lighting. However, the best part about this dinner was that they seated us in a private room with one other party. It was very intimate and nice and I don't think I could've asked for better service. The cherry on top was that they came out with limoncello shots to end the night. If you're in the Westchester area, please definitely come check this place out. It is worth the money, time, and effort. You will not be disappointed.

The owner was very gracious and offered us six complementary oysters since we couldn't sit at the bar. The oysters weren't our favorite that evening, the rest of the meal more than made up for it. The rest of the meal was very enjoyable. The crab cake was enormous, the grilled octopus was excellent - my son loved it - and the veal with prosciutto and melted cheese was tasty. The baked potato was huge and cooked perfectly. I ordered a cocktail and they made me one with elderflower which was nice but a little sweet for my taste. My friend's Manhattan was nice and strong. What stood it the most was the hospitality. The owner went out of his way to make sure we had a good experience, and that level of service is sobering we really appreciated. Next time we'll probably make it an adult only happy hour so we can enjoy the bar menu.

For the table, we had the blueberry cornbread, garlic bread, and buttermilk biscuits. The cornbread and garlic bread were really good and a great way to start. I also had a cup of chili as an appetizer, which was awesome, full of flavor and hit the spot. For my main, I went with the brisket & shrimp combo with two sides ($29.95). The brisket was easily my favorite--tender, flavorful, and cooked just right. I'd definitely come back just for that alone. The shrimp with tartar sauce was solid too. I chose mac and cheese and collard greens as my sides, the greens were okay, but the mac and cheese tasted a bit like it came out of a box, so I'd probably skip that next time. It also came with coleslaw and a pickle, the pickle was actually really good. I didn't try the coleslaw, but my mother said it wasn't bad. We also ordered the 3-meat combo ($34.95) with chicken, sausage, and ribs, plus mac and onion rings. The ribs were really good, fell right off the bone, and the sausage was solid too. The chicken didn't have much flavor, but the onion rings were crispy and well done. Again, it came with coleslaw and a pickle. They even brought out rice for the table, which we didn't order but definitely appreciated, it was a nice extra and tasted pretty good. Dessert was ice cream and coffee, which was a nice, simple way to end the meal. For about $70 total, the value was hard to beat, and we even had leftovers that still tasted good the next day. Service was excellent throughout, which made the experience even better. I'd give it 5 stars, but the mac and cheese and chicken brought it down just a bit. Still, I'd definitely come back, especially for that brisket.

My…read morefamily had reserved a large table, and when I arrived, there wasn't an available seat yet. I simply went to the bar area intending to order food and a drink while waiting. Before I could even speak with the bartender, a man who later appeared to be the manager immediately approached me in a rude and confrontational manner about seats at the bar that had drinks sitting there but no people present. I calmly explained that I only needed a place to sit briefly while ordering and that I would gladly move once the guests returned. What made the situation extremely uncomfortable was that he repeatedly tapped me while speaking to me. I politely told him to stop touching me because it was inappropriate and intimidating. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he became louder and increasingly disrespectful. If this person was truly the manager, his behavior reflected a complete lack of professionalism, customer service, and respect especially toward a woman who was simply trying to order food and enjoy a family event peacefully. Managers are supposed to de-escalate situations, introduce themselves professionally, and treat guests with courtesy. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here at all. The atmosphere and overall experience left such a negative impression on me that I would never personally return or spend my money there again. The only reason I stayed briefly was because my cousin encouraged me not to leave during our family celebration. I frequent many upscale establishments throughout New York and New Jersey and have encountered countless managers and hospitality professionals over the years. This experience stood out for all the wrong reasons. Respect and professionalism cost nothing, and unfortunately, neither was shown that evening.

They had live music and there was a good turnout with patrons. It felt like a party. Service was decent. We didn't have to wait long for anything. The food was not the greatest and for that reason I probably wouldn't be coming back. I had their churrasco with yellow rice. It tasted ok but I was not feeling well the following two days, so I question the quality/storage of their proteins. I asked for medium and received medium-rare. I should have asked for them to cook it more but if I sent it back to the kitchen, I would not want to eat it after that. I know for sure that my dish was the cause of my stich issues the following day because I shared my leftovers with my son, and he also woke up with abdominal pain and nausea. Hubby had their mofongo with steak and he was happy. The meat was cooked more thoroughly. His mom had some pasteles with rice & beans, and she liked it. My Little had their fried shrimp but they were a bit too tough for her to eat - she has some wiggly teeth that are bothering her. On the positive side, the music was great and the dancing was amazing. It was a vibe and although this is not particularly my cup of tea when it comes to venues, I would not be opposed to coming back so my MIL could enjoy herself, but I would not be eating anything.

One Rare Italian Steakhouse in the village of Scarsdale pulled it off! My family and I have been here twice for dinner and both times it was busy! We did make reservations ahead of time so we didn't really have to wait for our table. The restaurant is simple but chic and cozy with dark lightings. Service was great! The waiters were all nice and attentive! Our water glasses were never emptied and the plated the food for you too. Now for the food: Appetizer: Bread basket: (5/5) a huge complimentary basket of onion rolls and sliced bread with butter. Delicious! Calamari: (5/5) crispy and tasty. Love the fried pickled peppers too! Salads: Caesar salad: (5/5) love their dressing. It's a little more peppery than others but I really it with the fresh crunchy romaine lettuce. Portion was on the smaller end though. House: (3/5) fresh mixed greens along with tomatoes and a vinaigrette dressing. Nothing special and small portion Porterhouse: (5/5) we got the porterhouse for four medium rare. It was cooked to perfection! The nice char outside and the juicy tender meat inside was an absolute treat! It comes out piping hot and the waiter is there to serve you. This is why you come to a steakhouse! It's truly the star of the show! Creamed spinach: (5/5) smooth and silky but not too creamy just the way I like it. You don't even need to chew! Sautéed spinach: (5/5) if you like garlic, this side is for you! I love garlic and I love spinach so this was made for me. Portion was on the smaller side but the taste made up for it. Mashed potatoes: (4/5) nice and creamy. No gravy but still very tasty. Penne Primavera: (5/5) this was a nice surprise because I really didn't think this dish would taste as good as it did but it was very flavorful. They seasoned it well and the pasta was cooked al dente! Fries: (3/5) typical thick cut fries and portion was tiny so I would probably skip this next time. If they can dress it up with some truffle or Parmesan cheese with rosemary or something and make them crispier then I might reconsider. However, the steak was so good that I'm definitely coming back here soon.
