Best dentist ever had. Personable, takes time to explain options, doesn't upsell more expensive treatments and is thorough.

She was well-mannered, professional, thoughtful and patient, answering all of my nervous questions and just did everything right. Compliments to Susy F the Treatment Coordinator again as well, for her professionalism, being on top of everything and kindness and patience in continuing to answer my remaining questions since I still have 2 smaller procedures left to do. Everyone at Dr. Field's office exemplifies Concierge Dentristry. Think of regular commercial airlines as being the usual dentist's office - and Dr. Field's office being the latest Gulf Stream G700 private long range jet. And Dr. Field is THE BEST. What he did with my mouth is nothing short of a total transformation, health wise for my mouth , bite wise and appearance wise. My new smile (26 teeth - 12 uppers and 14 lowers) is getting praises from everyone for looking so natural and pretty! Which of course makes me smile all the time now:)

I picked Dr. Karl because his work looked very natural as I wasn't looking for a wild, white Hollywood smile. I remember the day of my consultation. I walked out in tears. You know those moments where things just feel right? It's been almost 4 months now, and I can say with absolute confidence that he changed my life. The crazy part is is that people didn't notice without me telling them what I did. It looks so natural! He honestly surpassed my wildest dreams. I wear fun shades of lipstick and I don't hesitate to smile. From my first time in the office, until we finished up, it was easy, pleasant, warm, welcoming, and just an overall beautiful experience. Thank you again and again and again, Dr. Karl and staff. You've honestly made my life better.

I decided to see Dr. Rabanus for a consultation after seeing his glowing reviews here. Consultation: The consultation was straightforward. He explained my case difficulties in a very straightforward, matter-of-fact manner. He felt confident he could dramatically improve my smile. He also suggested some additional lower veneers, which I agreed with. It was clear he knew what he was talking about, and showed me photos from other cases to give me additional confidence in my decision. I was IN. The Process: The procedures themselves were straightforward. First session was to get molds for temporaries. Second to remove the crowns and prep teeth for veneers. Third was to install the permanent crowns (had to do a minor do-over on one set - see below). Took about a month. Dr Rabanus also works weekends or late evenings too which is great for busy professionals like me. Results: The results? ABSOLUTELY SPECTACULAR. I am so happy with my smile now. As Austin powers said- "I got my mojo back"! Everything from the color to the shape is gorgeous. Just the right shade of white to be eye catching without being obvious (e.g. NOT fake Hollywood blinding white). I've got many - many - compliments on my smile. I have never met someone who is so particular abut the results of his work and so determined to ensure his work is EXACTLY what I want. As an example, he sent the crowns back to the lab because they were not the precise shape he wanted (I couldn't tell the difference, but he could.) Pros: - Extremely meticulous and conscientious - Confident and capable. Stays on top of the latest research and techniques (in addition to his Dental degree, he also has a PhD). - Provides clear options and ideas on type of restorative work to be done. I appreciate him sharing his thinking process and how he arrives at the treatment plan he recommends. - Never "pushes" treatment options. Final decision is always up to the Patient. Cons: - None I can think of. Personality wise, I am very type A, so I am very involved in, and always need to know lots of details about, the care and treatment plans. Dr. Rabanus is unfailingly respectful - I found him to be an excellent partner in my care. Summary: I highly recommend Dr. Rabanus. The quality of his work is beyond superb. A modern day Da Vinci, he couples an artist's eye with a scientist's focus on perfection - it's a rare and unusual combination that produces really extraordinary results. You will be very happy with the results of his work. I know I am.

My goal was an enhanced, rather than strictly natural, aesthetic. He masterfully corrected my deep bite and eliminated the dark spaces at the sides by broadening my smile, while elevating my smile by enlarging the front teeth. The design process involved two sets of temporaries: a natural look, followed by a bolder 'Brigitte Bardot' style featuring prominent centrals and smaller laterals. For the final set, Dr. Rabanus meticulously crafted a playful yet symmetrical design, ensuring perfect axial alignment and adhering to the golden proportion, resulting in a truly flawless outcome.

Front desk was friendly, the dental office/equipment looked modern, and the dentists were efficient. Each procedure was explained and front desk helped with scheduling and often notifying for upcoming appointments. So the reason why I stopped going... I had a filling redone due to it coming off. However, I had pain around the same tooth for months. I couldn't eat on that side at all. I went back in for checkups to see if they can figure out what's going on. The head dentist told me to consider getting a crown since there seems to be a cracking on the tooth. They offered to cover the costs however I thought it was a bit extreme to get a crown from a routine filling. Over the next couple months, I would go back multiple times since the pain didn't go away. This included shaving part of the filling, redoing the filling, and trying to figure out my bite. And the final time I went there for a checkup, I was just told it could just be a neurological thing and almost made it sound like it was my fault and they can't do anything about it. The only reason why I kept going back was to give them the opportunity to fix what they had messed up. I ended up looking for another dentist and I told them my issue. They were able to figure what was wrong, and redid my filling. Now I have no pain.

This review I thought I'd focus on Dr Bosler's hygienist, Molly. Molly is extremely knowledgeable. I'm a nurse myself and am so impressed with her care of the whole person. She is so thorough she has been able to assess a few dental problems and address them early saving me from a much worse problem and expense down the line. A few years ago Molly noticed a "shadow" on my inner cheek that warranted a visit to my primary care doc. As it turned out there was no cancer and I did not require further work up. I've been blessed to be able afford dental checkups my entire life. However, having a team of professionals who have helped me avoid serious dental issues and expenses really has helped! Molly, if you read this, I hope you to know you're the best of the best. You look at the whole patient, their lifestyle and needs. It's that "extra" genuine personal interest, intelligence and gentleness you provide that makes you the exceptional medical professional you are. The team was always friendly, knew how to work with my insurance, and did a great job with my cleanings, whitening, and any necessary tooth fixes. I started with Dr. Wong after another dentist (who shall remain nameless) told me that I needed a lot of work, including having my fillings replaced ("because they're old"). Suspecting the recommendation was a little odd, I asked for recommendations from my colleagues, who all seemed to go to Dr. Wong and had great experiences. That says a lot! From the start Dr. Wong developed a good rapport and never recommended any unnecessary treatments. We had more than a decade-long relationship of visits (including 4 cleanings per year!). I moved out of state and that's the only reason I'm unable to continue with him & his team, but I'd still be going given the great degree of confidence I have in him & his team. EDIT: To address the response to my review, I think you definitely stand by the professionalism of…read moreyour team... you stand by it way over to the side of the chart in the 'unprofessional' area of the spectrum. Your team shared personal and private information behind my back. I told ONE person about my divorce and then when I arrived at an appointment I was ambushed by comments from someone who should not have known about it. In what world is that professional? In what world is being offered used chapstick from the pocket of one of your hygienists professional? In what world is mangling my teeth and then giving up and calling it a day professional? This entire experience was a total waste of at least $15,000 plus the time it took. Doctor Michael Wong? More like "Doctor" Michael WRONG. After some additional experiences, I have a complete reversal of my previous review. Dr. Wong did a poor job on my invisalign and my veneers to the point that both need to be re-done and I will have to pay for both again and go through the entire process again for both at another clinic. Dr. Wong did not address the tilt angle of my teeth with invisalign, and the force of my bite was focused on one misplaced veneer. That veneer broke 3 times and then was replaced. The replacement never felt right, and has always been painful, achy, sensitive, too sharp, too rough, and feels like it's going to break at any moment. I have informed Dr. Wong about this since the first day it was attached. Dr. Wong's response was to continue to reshape it, which did nothing to address the underlying issues. Now he refuses to do any further work on it, saying he is unable to do it to my satisfaction. Excuse me, but we're not even at a place where MY satisfaction should be taken into account. It's not done to ANYONE'S satisfaction yet. It's not DONE yet. You can't just mangle someone's mouth and throw your hands in the air and say "well, I'm out." That's being a butcher, not a doctor. To Dr. Wong's credit, he refunded me in full for the ONE veneer. But it's really all of the veneers and the invisalign that should be refunded, plus I should get compensation for the time, pain, and suffering I went through in order to put things right. On top of that, I have to say, his holiday cards are really creepy. He only hires women and he makes them dress up in pseudo-sexy outfits and then poses with them around him for these photos. He is either incredibly naïve of the fact that the implication is that his staff serves as his personal harem or outright proud of it, but either way I really feel sorry for the staff having to go through that every year. Also I want to point out that the staff gossips and shares personal, private information with each other inappropriately. I told ONE person, a hygienist, that I was getting a divorce and on my next visit to the office the person at the front desk had all sorts of comments about it, which served as an unwelcome reminder of a painful process that should be private and was completely irrelevant to what I had come to the office for. It was incredibly offensive and rude.
