She's also hardly in the building, as her employees made a joke that "they have a lot of freedom here." I had an appointment for a $200 balayage and I left with orange brassy roots. My stylist never called me back when she said she would, twice. When I finally spoke to the owner several days later, she couldn't care less about the mistake in my service. I posted screenshots of my full experience and my roots in daylight. I ended up getting a full refund after trying to be as diplomatic as possible, but also needing to stand up for myself. I felt so disrespected and not listened to by the owner and never even heard from the stylist.
