Service department is garbage. The communication is unbelievably lacking. My 2020 Chevy Silverado…read more2500 WT had to go in for an extended warranty repair for the power train. It seemed to have at least one leak toward the front driver side of the vehicle. Due to this drain of ATF transmission fluid, the transmission was shifting VERY rough. I took the vehicle in on the morning of 3/29/24. I sat for an hour while they checked it out to see what the problem was and if I could use the warranty to fix it. She informed me that morning that I had 3 leaks in the truck. There was a leak in the rear main seal, on the transmission coolant line, and on the oil coolant line. She said they would call the warranty people and try to see what they would cover. I did receive a short call on Tuesday 4/2/24 to inform me she had not heard back from the warranty people yet. I received a text message on the morning of 4/4/24 informing me that the warranty would fix the rear main seal leak, but not the other two leaks. I was frustrated the warranty for a transmission wouldn't fix the tranny cooler lines, but that's not these peoples fault. I ok'd the job for the rear main seal job only and she told me it would be "till about Tuesday to finish that big job." Tuesday would be 4/9/24. On Wednesday 4/10/24, she reached out to me to let me know she is still waited for "a few more gaskets to be delivered" and was hoping "to have this done by end of day Friday." She also informed me they "had to add an oil pan gasket to the repair, Which is also covered." I fully understand delivery of items can get set back, and this pushback didn't bother me at all. I sent a text message to her on Monday 4/15/24 asking for "Any news on my truck?" She responded with "He is working on it, I will know more after lunch (when he returns) when it will be ready." She didn't contact me after lunch anytime that day. I sent another text on Tuesday 4/16/24 asking "Do we have estimated time on my truck? Just trying to keep updated." She responded with "Another full day for sure. Transmission is out and will get the main seal in tomorrow and go all back together." At this point it has been over two weeks and I still can't get a confirmed completion date. Near the end of the day on Friday 4/19/24, I receive a call lasting 4 minutes that my rear main seal leak was done. She was trying to convince me to get at least the tranny line fixed because it was draining a lot of fluid on a sealed system and it could blow the transmission before I got it home to try and fix that line myself. At this time she quoted me for somewhere around $887 or $897, I can't remember the exact and I don't have it written in text. As you can see in the pictures I attached, the original quote for that tranny line was $787. I allowed the truck to set there for a total of 7 full business days. In that time I was trying to figure out if I would replace the line myself, or if I could have my more trusted mechanic fix it for a cheaper price. I personally went in and she had the mechanic show me what was leaking, and she told me that most of the repair was a labor cost. She informed me the repair was quoted for 3 hours of labor. On the morning of Wednesday 5/1/24, I buckled. I went in personally to grab something I needed out of the vehicle and ok'd the repair for the tranny line. She informed me she would place an order for the part and put it on the schedule. I didn't get a date yet, but I still understood that because I knew the part needed to be in to get replaced. On the morning of Tuesday 5/14/24, I went in to get my summer uniform for work out of the truck because the weather was getting warmer and I needed it. I asked for an update on the vehicle, and she informed me that the original mechanic who worked on the truck had quit. She also informed me that the part had come in, but she needed to get another mechanic to install it. She had told me that she would try to have it done by the end of day Friday. Loosing workers really sucks, but it's also not my problem. She did not contact me Friday by end of day, so I sent a text to a number I know worked on Sunday 5/19/24. I didn't expect a response that day, but my Monday morning. I work nights, so I didn't want to forget to text her due to being tired. I received NO reply to that message. I called the service department first this Wednesday morning of 5/22/24. At this point, I was ready to fight, because I had not seen my truck for almost 2 months now. She told me she had it on the schedule, and that is would be done by Thursday 5/23/24 end of day. The morning of Friday 5/24/24, I call again and she says she meant to day Friday. They did finish it finally, and I picked it up Saturday. But the price jumped to $925, and she never called to tell me the final price. Then to top it off, THEY DIDN"T WASH IT OUT. I had to spray it down to make sure the ATF fluid still dripping was residual and actually fixed. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE SERVICE DEPARTMENT.

The manger Johnny and sales dept Bruce along with the finance team were patient and understanding as they worked to find me the best fit for a truck. I am in the Military and value a persons word, I hold them to what they say and you only get once chance with me. These guys earned my trust and helped me out with their incredible attention to detail and understanding. I never felt pushed or hurried in to making a decision I wasn't ready for. That's all before I even picked out a truck! Then the real care comes in, they are quick to answer the phone or return a call. Their service department and finance department bent over backwards to make sure I understood everything and that I was happy before the deal was done. In short, can you trust this dealership, yes! If your in the market for a vehicle and want a great experience than this dealership is worth a visit Thanks

If you read no further than the first sentence, know this: DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM JODY FISCHER. HE…read moreIS A SNAKE OIL SALESMAN. He perfectly epitomizes the stereotype of a crooked, dishonest used car salesman. I made the VERY costly mistake of buying a car from Jody in November of 2017. It was a 2005 Subaru Outback H6 with 175k miles on it. He claimed the head gaskets had recently been repaired, among other things. He told me that HIS mechanic that HE PAYS checked it out, fixed it up and insisted--with complete confidence--that it would run great for another 100k miles. My grave mistake was that I believed him. That I trusted him. I didn't get an independent mechanic to check out the car first because I was desperate for a new car as mine had been totaled in an accident that wasn't my fault and this one was the only one on the market I could afford at that point in time. My one smart move was that I insisted on a 3 month/3000 mile power train warranty. And how lucky it was that I did. Within two hours of driving the car off the lot, the check engine light turned on. He fixed the problem (replaced the catalytic converter), but that was only the beginning. Two weeks later, as soon as it got really cold, my car started making a horrific noise whenever it started up first thing in the morning. I took it to a mechanic to get it checked out, especially because my boyfriend and I were supposed to drive to Minnesota over Christmas. Thank goodness I did. I received an assessment of over $2500 worth of repairs needed. I then had it checked out at 2 more shops who more or less said the same thing. When confronted, Jody claimed he needed HIS mechanic to confirm, so I drove all the way out to Billings again (from Bozeman) to take the car in. After confirming what I already knew to be true, Jody and I came to an agreement on what work they would do under the warranty and then offered to fix the other issues for just the cost of the parts and not charge labor. Seems like a nice guy, right? He said they could do it all in a week before I had family come into town and before I left for vacation (with the car) the week following. He then offered me the most disgusting, rancid loaner car to drive back with -- an old, beat up Oldsmobile that REEKED of cigarettes. I opened the door and almost puked. He insisted that that was the only car they had that he could give me. I pushed back. He caved and gave me a 2WD sedan that was HORRENDOUS to drive in snowy, winter weather in Montana. Long story short, they only replaced one part, not the remaining parts that they were supposed to cover under the warranty as well as what he claimed he would give me at cost. He also lied about when the car would be ready and when it finally was, his son was an hour late to our agreed upon meeting time and location and didn't think to tell me he'd be late until I had already arrived and called him. I had told Jody I wanted in writing that he would replace those parts after I returned from Minnesota even though it would obviously be past the 3000 mile warranty, and he agreed. But when Quinn arrived, he didn't bring anything in writing from Jody. Because, he said, Jody TOLD HIM NOT TO. The saga doesn't even the end there. As the days leading up to the Minnesota trip grew closer, the steering wheel became more and more difficult to turn. The morning we left, I had to jerk the steering wheel left or right in order for it to even turn a tiny bit from lane to lane, which was insanely sketchy on icy road conditions. When we got to Minnesota, we had a family friend who was a mechanic check it out. He said the rack and pinion and power steering pump needed replacing immediately. He only had time to replace the rack and pinion before we left so, while we no longer had to jerk the wheel anymore, it was still very difficult to turn the wheel. I called Jody upon our return, related our harrowing trip to him and demanded my money back. He said fine, he'd buy the car back but said he wanted to see how much money he had put into it already. After TWO MONTHS of him giving me the run around, he said he'd take it back for only $4500 (I paid $6500 and had put hundreds of dollars into fixing immediate problems). He also claimed I only paid $6000 even though I have a bill of sale that HE SIGNED that says I paid $6500. When my boyfriend declined his ridiculous offer, Jody said "OK, F**K YOU" and hung up. Real professional. He says things like, "I just trust people," prompting you to trust him. He says, "I've never had a car come back to me." When, in fact, he won't let them come back to him. He is a scumbag of the lowest order. Ultimately I, of course, learned that you should ALWAYS get a used car checked out from an independent mechanic REGARDLESS of how silver-tongued the salesman and NEVER buy a car from Jody Fischer.

Since I didn't want to fly back and drive the distance to the East coast again I decided to sell the vehicle remotely. Initially we went back and forth over the price. I was offered more using the Edmunds site brokering the deal elsewhere however Carmart360 was closer to the shop doing the work and they did come up on their offer based on the Edmunds offer. We started discussing the sale price March 24, 2021. we agreed on a price and they took possession of the vehicle April 9, 2021. As I'm remotely doing this they sent the paperwork and I signed and returned it April 14th, 2021. They paid the lender next day, and the deductible to the autoshop from the sale price. Which was super great and so convenient. I was told they would send the remaining payout to me once they received the lien release from my lender. So I waited..... called and was told it's policy and their hands are tied. So I waited..... and I waited some more. I have contacted my lender and the dealership multiple times. Lender informed me they need a fed ex acct number to overnight and a letter from the dealer stating they would not cancel payment if title was released early. I sent the sales guy a text notifying of this. Asking to expedite the matter, I planned to use the payment as the down on my replacement. Today May 7th On star notified me the account on my truck has been cancelled in my name. Someone has purchased the truck. Yeah!!!! I called the dealership since I would assume they had the title as they sold the truck. Nope I was wrong and informed so. Here is where my 1 star comes in. 1.) They took possession of the truck almost a month ago. 2.) The attitude I got a month after they took the truck and I finally called to say I would like my money. 3.) I left both sets of keys in my truck and was informed only one was in there and I would need to pay out 250 to replace the second set. I was warned by other dealerships they pay slow but had I known I would have sold else where or picked up my truck. I also would not have suggested their buying services to 2 people. If I were ever to return To the area based off the conversation and attitude from Daniel, I would purchase elsewhere. However if you don't need the money within the next month and a half, and you want to deal with a whole lot of back and forth then it's maybe 3 stars. If you enjoy getting attitude from a used car sales manager when you call to figure out Why how They can buy and sell a vehicle before you are even paid out this is the place for you. ‍

When I was finally available to come in and make a decision she was so patient with me. I had them bring another vehicle up from a different dealership they work and they had it ready to go the day after. That night I sat down with their finance guy and decided that I wanted to wait one more night to make sure this was the car I wanted. It was a little more than I had anticipated spending so I just wanted to sleep on it more night. Everyone in the facility was so kind and did not make me feel pressured AT ALL. I came in the next morning, test drove one more car to make sure I knew the one I was buying would be worth spending the extra money. The process was fast and easy. I felt that this was the most honest and reasonable dealership I had dealt with. Their document fee is only $199 where most are $299-$800. The extended warranty was a steal and the whole team was so great to work with. When I'm ready to get a new vehicle again I will definitely be coming here.
