The sales associates seemed very trustworthy, as they weren't small-talking too much and did not have a bull**** answer for every inquiry about the proposed vehicle. I had to get my fuel filters changed after I put 1,000 miles on the odometer (which was within 2 days after purchase) and Roscoe, the manager, reimbursed me for almost half of the service needed. Since I didn't want to fly back and drive the distance to the East coast again I decided to sell the vehicle remotely. Initially we went back and forth over the price. I was offered more using the Edmunds site brokering the deal elsewhere however Carmart360 was closer to the shop doing the work and they did come up on their offer based on the Edmunds offer. We started discussing the sale price March 24, 2021. we agreed on a price and they took possession of the vehicle April 9, 2021. As I'm remotely doing this they sent the paperwork and I signed and returned it April 14th, 2021. They paid the lender next day, and the deductible to the autoshop from the sale price. Which was super great and so convenient. I was told they would send the remaining payout to me once they received the lien release from my lender. So I waited..... called and was told it's policy and their hands are tied. So I waited..... and I waited some more. I have contacted my lender and the dealership multiple times. Lender informed me they need a fed ex acct number to overnight and a letter from the dealer stating they would not cancel payment if title was released early. I sent the sales guy a text notifying of this. Asking to expedite the matter, I planned to use the payment as the down on my replacement. Today May 7th On star notified me the account on my truck has been cancelled in my name. Someone has purchased the truck. Yeah!!!! I called the dealership since I would assume they had the title as they sold the truck. Nope I was wrong and informed so. Here is where my 1 star comes in. 1.) They took possession of the truck almost a month ago. 2.) The attitude I got a month after they took the truck and I finally called to say I would like my money. 3.) I left both sets of keys in my truck and was informed only one was in there and I would need to pay out 250 to replace the second set. I was warned by other dealerships they pay slow but had I known I would have sold else where or picked up my truck. I also would not have suggested their buying services to 2 people. If I were ever to return To the area based off the conversation and attitude from Daniel, I would purchase elsewhere. However if you don't need the money within the next month and a half, and you want to deal with a whole lot of back and forth then it's maybe 3 stars. If you enjoy getting attitude from a used car sales manager when you call to figure out Why how They can buy and sell a vehicle before you are even paid out this is the place for you. ‍

The car was fixed that same day and at a reasonable price. Special shout out to Danielle, who bent over backwards to shuttle us to and from where we were staying. Being from out of town, it was so reassuring to know that we were treated the same as the locals and not taken advantage of, since we were in a bind. A year later I was back to get brakes done again, they claimed to have gotten a bad batch of rotors. A year later I was back to get a caliper replaced, the same one that they supposedly replaced before. They tried to claim it wasn't anything they did or didn't do and stated they don't know where the parts come from or what quality they are. They did eventually agree to replace the bad caliper but said they would not do any more work on my vehicles. A couple weeks later, as I was driving down the interstate the caliper came loose. Thankfully the bolt that came out completely was the top and not the bottom, that saved me from having a wheel lock up. Chung Brothers recommended that I continue driving down the interstate and tried to avoid responsibility. They did pay for another shop to work on the brakes after I threatened to take them to court if they refused. I just did work on my front wheels and found additional things missing from the brakes that reduced the lifespan but thankfully were not critical to safety. DO NOT GO TO CHUNG BROTHERS. AVOID THEM LIKE YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT, IT MAY.

I don't trust any other mechanic in town. You can trust that whatever he says is honest. I had Toyota tell me I needed $1200 of work for my head gasket, but I scheduled it with him and he called me to say I didn't need the work done at all--saying a car the age of mine just has some oil leaking but it was minor. I had the car another 8 years, and the only thing ever needing replacing was the starter which James did. I hope he never retires, I can't imagine trusting anyone else working on my car as much as I trust him. I know that if he says I need something done, I need it. On top of that, his prices are always very fair.

We've had problems with this car from day one, including: - Bald tires with wire showing (on us I guess because we missed it, but no one bothered to point it out or compensate for it with the price) - Interior electrical problems (passenger seat doesn't move forward or backward, internal outlets don't work, lights on buttons in driver side door don't work) - front brakes were worn almost completely bald, had to change the brakes and rotors within 2 months of having the car - intake valve seal going into the engine went out and had to be replaced This car was priced almost $8,000 over Blue Book Price (Kyle refused to budge on the price)and we've spent over $2,000 on repairs. We haven't even gotten around to fixing the electrical. My daughter is the one who shopped the car so live and learn I guess, but honestly, I feel she was taken advantage of. We won't be back to Freedman. Did I mention unprofessional? If you leave a negative (but honest, as mine is) review they will get defensive and lash out.Need proof?
