Pretty cheap dry considering how huge they are They have plenty of machines. I can't speak for weekend but weekday afternoons/night, always plenty available machine. Huge washers can handle about 3-4 regular loads of clothes or full bedding set/large blankets You get a laundry card from the card machine. You can use cash or debit/credit card but paying with card there is a small fee. The card machines are both in English and Spanish. Sometimes I struggle to add value as the machine does not read it right. Customer service I don't use the drop off option but there is always at least one employee working For the first time, I had an issue where the machine was stuck and not draining water. The nice employee lady noticed me on her own (while busy folding laundry) that I was having issue. She quickly understood the situation? went to the back to turn the machine off to drain water, put the machine out of service, and compensated me by instantly offering to use their own card for the new second wash in another machine.
