He didn't put an out of order sign on it so it's going to happen to the next person that has to pay double because you need to move your stuff to another dryer after. I've gone here several times and it gets worse every time. I'm done with this place.

Ruined clothes and terrible, rude customer service!…read more I used Plush French Cleaners for more than 10 years to laundry my shirts, mainly to avoid ironing them myself. Any stains or stubborn dirt on a collar I always cleaned myself before giving them the shirts as I knew they wouldn't do it unless I order dry cleaning. Everything was fine. In September 2022 they did 11 shirts for me which I picked up on Saturday. Monday morning I put one shirt on and left to office. While in the car already I noticed the shirt had large light brown stains on the front! (See picture) At that point not only I got frustrated with Plush Cleaners staining my great CK shirt but also I had to go through embarrassment of being in office in a stained shirt as it was too late to go back home to change. Who would expect a shirt coming from laundry service to have newly introduced stains? Back at home I checked all remaining shirts (10). 3(!) had several small stains of the same light brown color, and 2 had non-ironed sleeves. Worth noting that long ago before I started using Plush Cleaners I had similar issue with light brown stains from other cleaners' places with few shirts damaged. So, it wasn't the first time I saw this. Next day I brought 6 shirts back to Plush Cleaners. And here the biggest disappointment came. Instead of saying "sorry" and admitting the issue the person at the reception completely denied their fault, told me I stained the shirts myself (prior to giving to them as they don't remove stains during plain laundry), and stated it was "impossible" that stains were introduced by them. No explanations or simple logical reasoning helped to persuade him. He only agreed to take two shirts with non-ironed sleeves for re-laundry which I refused not to get them damaged too. This is completely ridiculous. After coming to the place for more than 10y why would I try to make anything up? I have other things to do and if it weren't really their problem I wouldn't spend my time going there and complain. Also, simple googling shows that light brown stains after laundry is a quite common issue with multiple possible causes including old equipment, insufficient detergent, etc. Bottom line: I'll never go to this place again and strongly discourage others if you want to keep your clothes safe.
