I was forced to take down my negative previous review because it contained to much personal information. But with that being said, I do not take any threats made by any employees at any business lightly. There was a rude comment made by the woman who works the morning shift on 1/26/25, as follows: "I don't go looking for Drama, It comes looking for me. Then continues to say I am not done with this Drama. At which point I react and tell her she better be done with this drama." It then continues with the co-manager who is her sister, calling the business and making a verbal threat that she will "F*** me up fat B****." Once a threat is made there must be consequences. I will make sure that the two so called managers get their karma sooner or later. Just know that I will not be done with this situation until Justice prevails as I work in the legal field and will take all steps necessary to make sure that there are no fraudulent activities in which my tax paying money is being used illegally. The owners have never even bothered to contact me or listen to their surveillance recordings to better understand the situation and rather side with these two old delusional woman. read more

This laundry mat is under new management and is better than ever. Freshly painted walls and new tiles put in. Clean bathroom always and new game machines and ice cream machines put in. You could relax here without your kids bothering you that they're bored. There's always cool music playing 24/7. There's 7 new flat screens on 24/7 so no one has to fight over the TVs anymore! There's drop off service and dry cleaning and the staff is so so nice and helpful. All machines work on all sets and dryers. This place is 24/7 so it's very convenient to everyone's needs. They have there own huge parking lot which other laundromats don't have which is awesome! Always clean and newly renovated ! Must try this laundromat asap!! read more

Really nice workers and employees here! They have promotions that they do and it's really fun they donate to St. Jude. On top of that they have some fun games to try while doing laundry. The bathroom is always clean and they are on top off their business I see them putting the carts away or just doing the laundry for other people. Plenty of parking and plenty of washing and drying machines. There's a seating area along with a snack machine which is great. The place is really nice and it is always clean. It is open for 24 hours so any time you wanna do laundry you just come right on down. This is a really great place and I recommend this laundry mat!! read more

I've been coming to the laundromat for "decades" as far as I'm concerned the entire staff, especially "Madeline" has always been an outstanding help. She is quick to please and I've never seen an altercation with her until this past Sunday. I saw her getting berated by a customer for no reason at all. I was shock to see such a disaster coming from a customer. I come here to get away from the craziness of my house to see this woman literally abuse Madeline??? I was in utter shock and worried for my well being and Maddy's. I don't know who she is and realizes that she's putting other ppl at risk with her behavior and that she learns to respect others. read more

my first time useing this establishment and i have to say the service and friendly staff are a++ in my book !! the card system is on point and there are plenty of wash machines and dryers for everyone !!! the two new girls madeline and roe are the best and keep the establishment running very well and are very respectful to the customers and very helpful when asked! two thumbs up to the owners who staffed on these too ladies !!! ill be coming back and will recommend this place to my family and friends !!!! thnx , paul velez read more

I have been going to Laundry haven for some time. I love the place its always clean staff is very friendly and helpful. I like how they have vending machines for soap products,soda and snacks i like about all the tvs with different channels when i take my kids. The laundry mat we used closed and others we could not get in to use. Found laundry Haven online and it's been a blessing. I set up an appointment online and I get a confirmation online. Then the driver contacts me and I get my wash ready,he will text when he he is here and it's all done. I get a photo of each bag and weight and lets me know when it will be delivered. It is such a great place and a blessing during this crisis. They do an amazing job. We are so pleased with the service read more

I do laundry twice a week I love this laundromat is very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. This laundromat has TVs with different channels so you can choose what you would like to watch they have 2 different snack vending machines you can choose from the have soda and also game vending machines to keep the kids occupied The bathroom is always clean and the Promotions and giveaways they have each month are great I would recommend this laundromat to everyone I gave it five stars read more

What a positive difference New Ownership has provided... my Mom has been using this location for years and with New Management, her trips to do laundry have been less stressful. They have renovated it and it is a much more enjoyable and clean environment. The have added new large TVs, vending machines and arcade games which has been helpful when she's had to bring her grandkids along. Been using this laundry facility for years, what a difference in the past month or so. What a complete make over from outside to inside. This place is so welcoming now., Clean and appealing to me and my children with all new televisions around the store. I noticed new machines both washers and dryers and they all work now!! I have been going to laundry haven for awhile. I enjoy going there the staff is friendly and always ask how I am doing and if I need help. The place is clean and they make sure that every one wears a mask that is important to me. the machines are always clean when I go there and the girls are always sanitizing everything. Great clean and friendly staff. Parking is available in front. Small parking lot though. Also weekend is very vusy. It will be hard to get a machine. You will have to wait a long time. Other than that, the people who come here are very nice. All machines and dryers work. They also have dry cleaning available. To wash and press is only $2 for a shirt. Not bad if your a busy guy like me. Bathroom is clean as well. Only for customers though. read more

I dropped it off explained everything and requested it done as soon as possible. Well let me just say my full bag was washed, dried and folded in less that 3 hours. How wonderful and caring. Since under new management there has been a major renovation, the machines are always working up to par, and there is excellent service. It was almost 9pm and I had no idea how to use the card system and the employee was very nice, she helped me through and keep checking on me to see if I'm getting through.
