I followed Yelp's advise on all the positive reviews and dropped a bunch of my laundry here. They charge 85 cents a pound for drop off service. Initially they did calculations wrong and overcharged us so we asked the guy when we went to pick it up he was so apologetic and offered a $2 credit. He also adjusted all the Calculations and said the lady was new. They packed my laundry like it was going to be shipped overseas. It was so tightly packed and beautiful and smelled AMAZING! They even used softener. I highly recommend dropping your laundry here. Everything was perfect. Everything came out to a little under $50 but it was A LOT OF STUFF! read more

Fabulous service every single time. So grateful for this spot. I often use drop off services, and clothes always come back fresh and folded and lovely. Definitely recommend. read more

This place is so nice and friendly. The main guy there really knows his customers. He gives a s**t Can get a tad crowded at times but he manages it well. Always with a smile. My goto laundromat in the hood. read more

Mark does a really good job with my clothes. I get them back clean and neatly folded in a plastic bag, nothing was lost so far. He comes and collects and drops off and is good with communication- telling you when he will arrive etc. Prices are good too. For pick up and drop off service, you need to give him at least 10 pounds of clothing. Ivel been using his services pretty consistently and will continue to do so. read more

This place is one of the cleanest and friendliest laundromats in the area. The machines and floors are always spotless and the carts don't have backed up dust around the wheels like some places. The washers and dryers work well. I never have a problem with the dryers not getting hot enough or getting holes on my clothes from a beat up machine. (This has happened to me plenty of times from other laundromats!) The machines accept coins only but there is a change machine in the back. The washers are $4.50 for a maxi load, $3.25 for a triple and $2 for a double. The dryers are 25 cents for every 7 minutes. There's about 20 washers and at least 10 dryers. I wish this place was closer to my house but I'd rather drive the 5 mins to get my laundry done here than any other places near my area. read more

Laundro Mark Lu Laundromat - Wall of washers. - Laundromat Near Me - Brooklyn, New York

I've been coming here for over a year now and they never disappoint. The couple who own it are very nice, especially the wife- very sweet. They do an excellent job! I've never had any issues at all. My clothes always smell good when I pick them up. It's a bit of a walk from my apartment but I can't imagine dropping my clothes off anywhere else. This is probably the cleanest laundromat in the area. The machines are always working, which can't be said for a lot of places, and I see the husband cleaning them often. Definitely worth the walk! read more

Great service! Each and every time. They are so friendly and the laundry is very clean. I have been using their drop off service for 2 years now and I am very happy with it. I was sad when they had to close during the pandemic but glad they are open now! I will continue to go to them. read more

I don't ever use the machines, but come here for all of my dry cleaning. A server once spilled soda water with red bitters all over my favorite dry clean-only white shirt. I brought it to Mark and showed it to him. Dry cleaning wouldn't take out the stain, he told me, but he could try something else. He soaked it in a special solution for a few hours and then washed it by hand - the stain was gone! He only charged $5 for this. The owner and employees here are always friendly, and I have never had any problems with my dry cleaning. read more

Cleanest laundromat! Mark and crew are friendly and about their business. You will not find this place unmanned and lacking support. You want change? No problem! You have questions on machines? No problem! Not sure how long a certain fabric will take to dry? Just ask! Thank you for keeping up the good work! read more

Best laundromat / wash n fold in Bedstuy. Every time I have dropped off clothes they are ready the next day smelling fresh and folded neatly. Mark always asks if I want a specific detergent or fabric softener and which wash and dry cycles I prefer. I have not lost a single piece of clothing in the 6 months I have taken my laundry here. If you prefer to do your own laundry the prices are reasonable and there are always at least 2 machines available. Mark is also always stocked with quarters. 10/10 I highly recommend Mark Lu Laundromat to anyone looking in Bedstuy. read more

I prefer coming here than washing my clothes at my apartment. It's incredibly nice and clean in the laundromat. The owners are super helpful and find. Prices for wash, dry, dry cleaning, and drop off laundry are incredibly resonable. read more

This place is brand new! All of the machines work and none of the carts have squeaky wheels. There's always an attendant on duty, so no problem changing your two dimes and a nickel or crisp twenty dollar bill into washer-friendly currency. I once tried to wash a giant polyester comforter that was made of some space-age crappy material that's impermeable to liquids. It became waterlogged in the wash and the attendant came from his office with a bucket and helped me wring it out. No problems here. read more

This is the best laundromat I have ever been to. The people working here are extremely kind and do a fantastic job of keeping the entire facility looking new. I have been here 3 times already and each time I was here, I witnessed washing machines being wiped down and dryers being vacuumed clean. I am so impressed by the overall condition of the machines & the upkeep of the facility itself. read more

"Pop the quarter in the slot" small laundromat with about 18 washers that look new, but older dryers. The owner will gladly give you change for the machines, saving you from feeding the change machine patiently with your highest integrity bills. Typical laundromat aesthetics, so nothing fancy here in that department. read more

Quick and reliable drop-off service with good hours. I will continue to use this service.

I just moved to the neighborhood about a week ago. I stubbled upon this place on my google maps app and was not disappointed. The establishment is very clean, the guy who works there(not sure if he's the owner) was very nice and helpful. Hello to my new neighborhood laundromat. read more

Great guy amazing service... best around. His service is flawless and an amazing attitude.

Just when I thought I couldn't love the drop off service anymore... My daughter spilled chocolate milk on her stuffed unicorn. I expected them to just clean the chocolate milk off, but they also managed (I don't even know how) to get off some melted on crayon/wax/candle that had been on it for at least a year. When I picked it up it looked like new. Love this place. read more

I dropped off a couple sweaters here for dry-cleaning. When I got them back, it was clear that they had not been cleaned. One sweater had a stain on it that was not there before. They refused to even partially compensate me for the sweater that they ruined. This place cannot be trusted. read more

They're super nice and everything is fairly priced and well-maintained. Very happy that this is my neighborhood laundromat.

Mark is awesome. Very honest good people. Trustworthy. They want to make sure you're happy. If you're doing laundry yourself, dropping off or dropping off or dry cleaning, they're great. read more

I only came here because the washer/dryer in my apt isn't installed yet, but the person working here (owner maybe?) is so nice that it's making me want to come back! Ridiculous notion given the convenience of having your own washer, but he really is that good of a guy. For example, he saw me looking around for an outlet to charge my phone, so he went in to a closet and pulled out an extension cord for me to use. The place is spotless too. read more

We love this place! Clean and friendly vibe. There's a little garden in the back where you can sit and wait while doing laundry. Helpful staff. Will be back for sure read more

It'd be hard to beat the quality of service in this place. Mark and the team take it to another level. Dry cleaning & laundry, I walk 5 extra blocks for these guys. Thank you Mark! read more

Lovely service, well done and a good price at 75 cents for wash and fold. Only think I would change is I would love a more natural wash like method or an organic option. read more

Best spot in the neighborhood! Friendly, fast, excellent price. Everything is clean and folded. What more could I ask for?

Cool laundromat. Clean space, enough laundry machines for not having to wait and every machines work correctly. I went there three times during my stay in Bed Stuy and being not an American native, my english laundry vocabulary wasn't on his top... and the owner has been very helpful, patient and he's taken the time to explain me everything read more

Though this is not the closest to my place, but definitely the cleanest in the neighborhood. Very nice owner and great customer care. Monday and Tuesday are best days to go there, not too busy! read more

Mark and his wife are really kind people, and they run an excellent business. If I could give them more stars, I would.

Great service, great people, place maintain very well, Machines are very clean. I'm using the drop off service wash and fold and I'm very satisfied. this is the best laundromat in the area guarantee. read more

My husband and I do our drop off laundry here. They are super nice and remember us / how we like our laundry. I would totally recommend this place for drop off. I haven't done my own washing here so I can't review that, but they are nice. :) read more

been dropping off laundry here for a few months now and I love it. The husband and wife and nice and they do a great job. Everything is folded and packed well and smells so good. So happy I started coming here. It's not the closest to my apt but it's worth a few extra blocks of walking. read more

Great laundromat! Very clean and we'll organized. Mark and Tiffany wash & fold very good. They are really nice people. Would recommend them to anyone. read more

Mark is super nice and friendly, that in and of itself is enough to make me go back. However, the place is also clean, not too busy, and inexpensive. They also do dry cleaning for a good price and with a quick turnaround. There's also free WiFi which is a great added bonus. read more

The best laundromat in Brooklyn! I was delighted to find that my socks and underwear were specially wrapped in this own plastic container when I picked up my laundry. To satisfy the review length requirement, I'll add that this laundromat is fairly far away from my apartment, but that I will continue to visit this one. read more

The drop off Service I used for years on Fulton Street closed down and I'm looking for some place to provide service comparable to theirs. The staff at this place was very courteous. But we had some issues. The clothes were not ready when the said they would be. Also, the staff was handing us the wrong laundry bag. Thank heavens my husband recognized what was going on before we actually walked out. And I'm really particular when it comes to having my clothes folded - when I receive them from drop off service I expect them to be properly folded and ready to be put in my dresser. However, the shirts were not consistently folded the same way. I hate that. read more

I LOVE THIS PLACE. Brand new machines... Clean... Friendly staff that don't leer at you. I can't believe this is in Bed Stuy. After suffering through third world Laundromats with boarded up windows and machines that electrocute you, I was pleased to find this amazing little place just around the corner. The couple that run it are the sweetest and friendliest people and for the first time in a year I was able to do my laundry and not feel like the staff might knife me at any second. read more

Very thorough, clean, organized and very nice / friendly. I took four jackets and two dresses that have been in storage for over a decade, and they look great. They even got some stains out of a velvet jacket. So happy to find such a great dry cleaner in the neighborhood. read more
