What really stood out was the friendlier service and smaller crowds. It made for a much more relaxed experience, and we didn't feel rushed at all. Another bonus is the surrounding area. There are several other local food trucks nearby offering everything from fresh fruit and smoothies to delicious desserts. After lunch, take a short stroll through town and be sure to stop by Matsumoto's for some legendary shave ice. Trust me--you'll have room for it!
