Spicy broth and Thai broth, along with peach Soju

Friend recommended me to here for date night and we were definitely satisfied. The amount of food was spectacular for the price. While the sound of spicy broth base is delicious, BE CAREFUL! It was extremely spicy for my taste and had me coughing more than expected. So that should probably have a warning sign. When requesting the meats we were very impressed with the meat choices. Definitely a must to come for dinner, the pricing is not bad at all for the premium meats this place offers. The sushi menu had a variety of sushi. I really wished I had a bigger stomach to enjoy more. The service was pretty good, our server check up on us a good amount in the beginning, but towards the end wasn't there as much since it got busier. We asked for gyozas twice after our first plate (2) and never received more. While I enjoyed all of this I do recommend being careful when ordering spicy broth and asking for low heat on the hot pot side. It's extremely hot too.

tried the locally sourced stewed chicken hot pot option tonight on a 49° cloudy Sunday. My review is for this only. Regular hot pot is solid too. Stewed chicken hot pot is $29 extra; book three hours ahead of time: -comes with a unique herbal sauce to dip the marinated chicken breasts in, along with fresh lime wedges Our usual waiter Ben (pop star blonde locks‍) is attentive and soft-spoken. Shout out to the boss lady A Lin. She's really friendly and sent us some bottled Chinese lemon teas on the house. Note: Be careful of slippery floors, wear traction shoes.

It's been a while since last time I tried hotpot here. They have changed a lot, more seafood options, abalone, mussels, LIVE CRAB!! And as always, my favorite dish, beef tripe. Their sesame and peanut sauces are always the best in this area. By the way, they have added ice cream and you can have any kind of drinks you want and they are all included! What a surprise! I also like how they service you they do not wait until you ask to refill the soup or the soda. Will definitely come back again soon.

We did Hot pot and it was good. Next time I'll try the sushi. The restaurant is also very large and spacious which is great to control the steam from hot pot. The service was spotty at best as the gentleman who took care of us was not the most attentive. My Diet Coke was taken for a refill and I never got my drink back for 13 minutes. He sat a few tables and took a few orders and forgot. It was hard to get his attention. I would give the place a 3.5. However, My daughters left some ladybugs they brought with them in small containers. Don't ask me why but we left without them. A different gentleman at the front ran out to bring them to us. That final gesture of good faith and saving us from having two crying kids on the way back to MoCo from College Park. Rounds then to a 4/5. Latao will do great in the college park area. They also had some Karaoke rooms in the back.

One of my favorite hot pot restaurants in the area Parking is extremely limited so I would suggest going on a week day. There is parking behind the building but there aren't many spaces. Service is always great. The hot spicy broth is my favorite. If you love spice, you will love that one. If not, steer clear. Vast selection of meats and other food to use in the pot. Love that they have the option to add unlimited sushi for $5 more. A great deal & the sushi is pretty fresh. You can see them making the rolls if you sit close to the sushi station.

Great environment and service was great. You could smell all the Asian seasonings as soon as you walked in. Which I loved being Asian myself. Great selection of food to eat with your hot pot. They had at least 6 different broth types. It was all you can eat and it was well worth it! Would definitely come back whenever we are in town again.

Located in downtown College Park on route one. It's easy to get to, parking is in the back. The service was efficient with the help of a robot delivering food. Casual atmosphere. Great hotpot. The prices were amazing, especially for lunch. We certainly got a big bang for the bucks. It's all you can eat within 2 hours. We practically tried everything on the menu. All dishes were like small portion tapas. I recommend ordering a few dishes at a time. Do not order too much because there is penalty for wasted food. We ordered Szechuan Hot Spicy Broth and Rejuvenation Herb Broth. Our favorite dishes were lotus, pumpkin, toro, fried dough sticks, fatty lamb and Angus beef. There's a condiment bar in the back for sauces. Everything was tasty already so we didn't go for the sauce. I will definitely come back with family and friends. It's spacious and good for groups.

Came here for the first time for lunch on a weekend with a friend. We ordered the AYCE hotpot with 3 broths- Tom yum, mushroom, and rejuvenation herb broth. Total per person came out to approximately $22 (without tip). What's hot - Quality. The broths were well-seasoned and flavored, not overly salty. All the dishes we ordered were fresh, especially the veggies. All the meats were pre-frozen, which is not a bad thing, especially as you're cooking it. - Menu variety. Something for everyone- meats, seafood, veggies and for vegans. You have to order the specific dishes you want. They have enoki mushrooms, fish tofu, lobster balls, bak choy, enoki mushrooms, lotus root, winter melon, daikon, chicken, angus steak, etc. The list goes on. You don't take the food from a buffet line, which appears to help them reduce food waste. They have a sauce bar, which is where you can choose from a variety of sauces- soy sauce, garlic, sa cha, peanut sauce, jalapeños, green onions, etc.... - Portions. Given that there were only 2 of us, they did a good job of providing us with decent size portions and we were always able to finish what we ordered. We pretty much finished everything. - Price. For the variety and quality of food, it's pretty good value for money. - Service. Pretty decent. As we finished up our dishes, the same waiter would always come by and ask us if there were additional dishes we would like to order. As such, we weren't waiting very long for our next dishes to be served. - Location. Easy to find and it's close to other amenities, like a cafe. - Parking. There is a parking lot within/behind the complex and it's about 3 levels. What's not - Service. It's not always easy to flag someone down and get what you need, so be patient. For example, we had to make the same requests a few times and our broths were boiling down and it took a while for someone to fill up our broths again. I was also surprised we weren't given spoons with our dishes. - Time limit. They have signs that you're given a 90 minute time limit to finish your meal. I appreciate they want to keep the customer line rolling and avoid lengthy wait times. However, it made my friend nervous to make sure we weren't staying too long, because she didn't want us to get kicked out. Makes me wonder if they ever have kicked out customers, which would be rude, especially given the nature of eating hot pot. At the very least, it's something to be aware of. - Parking. I didn't originally know there's a parking lot in the complex, so I parked somewhere close by and walked. I'm kind of glad I didn't park in the parking lot, because the spaces are very tight. Final answer Willing to come back, but will be mindful of when.

Pleasantly surprised from this place, but I love their hot pot and sauce bar! I also love that you can pick from different soup bases. Food was really good and service was quick. Will definitely come back when I have my hot pot craving

This is a great spot! We came in for hot pot on a Friday night around 6 pm and were seated immediately. It wasn't terribly busy and the service was excellent. Our server took our orders with a tablet and all of the food came quickly. We ordered all you can eat hot pot with 3 broths - Szechuan spicy, tomato, and rejuvenation and for $5 per person, all you can eat sushi. For the sushi, we ordered a few pieces of sashimi each and 3 rolls to share. They were pretty good but you really are paying for the hot pot. We ordered soo many rounds of meats, fish, and vegetables. I can't remember everything we ordered but my favorites were black pork, lobster balls, lotus root, pork belly, and angus beef. The broths were all very good. The tomato added a lot of flavor to some of the meats. The rejuvenation is milder but I enjoyed it. The Szechuan was also really good but it's super spicy, so don't get it if you're a spice wimp. In addition, they have a solid sauce bar which includes their own homemade soy sauce that is tangy and a little spicy. For 3 different broths, unlimited food and sushi for $5 per person, this was a great deal and I left very full. I'll gladly return!

Parking in back is free. The food was unlimited and the ambiance with awesome. The staff was attentive and the meal came together the way I made it it with a sauce bar on the side to create your own flavors. Hotpot buffet is a new thing for me. I would highly suggest this spot if you like hot pots. It's in college park.

For a hot pot place in College Park, this place is awesome. First, their broth. I don't remember quite what it is called, but we got the bone broth or something like that. Definitely a broth that has some creaminess in it and it was so flavorful. It had a full piece of beef bone in it which made it seem so much more authentic. Next, the sauce bar. For the most part it had everything you needed. When I went there was some stuff missing, but nothing I couldn't live without. If you pile on the garlic in your sauce anything will be good. The meat was pretty decent. Good amount of red meat choices, some fish, and some other seafood options like scallops. Anything with the word fatty was fantastic. As you cook the meat in the broth the more flavorful it became. They had a decent selection of vegetables, but I felt like there could have been more, but it had mostly what I wanted. Service was pretty decent. I went when there weren't that many people so I was neve waiting. I have gone here before when it was busier, but even then it was still decent service. The all you can eat was $25 and I think that's a reasonable price especially if you eat enough to make it worth it.

Ok I give in. 3 bones, My Momma's baked Mac & Cheese (yeah, I know where that recipe came from j/k), Cole Slaw, (I usually get the baked beans) and a Diet Coke. Why diet? I like Diet. Was I tired afterwards? YES! Any regrets? Nope! Would I do it again? See you all next week because Smoke Datt was BANGIN on my taste buds singing baby come back and the meal wasn't even over. I am critic. Oh, 1 more thing. Eat a bone without sauce. True BBQ. Sorry No pictures, next time I'll take pictures before devouring, and update this post with the pics. ------ I went back. And today, It was hot outside and tropical smoothie was in my mind. What?!? Smoke Datt is back. Ok, let me just get the ribs a la cart to post the pics I promised. I just want the ribs. She smiles and goes in her tiny voice "you don't want any macaroni and cheese?" I go "Nawww," she ask "you sure?".... Give it to me! . You KNOW I want some of THAT........BAKED MAC & CHEESE. "You can get another side".....well it is just $1 more. Ok ok, I haven't tried the green beans. Corn bread please. Paid in disgrace . Ok, I was super busy so I didn't get to my food for 3 hours. Warmed it up and was going to go down stairs to a table. Food smells great. Let me just....before I get to the stairs.....taste this. Oh.....OH. This window seal is just fine . Who needs a chair? Ribs- I don't know what I was on when last time I said that the ribs looked dry. Look at the PICS......Juicy! Why is it so Smokey good. Like seriously, this is what Dave, Mission, Myron Mixon's Pitmaster, and yo Daddy call The End of their manhood. Just close your stores. The second someone backs DATT with some funds. It's OVER. Let the right person get a hold of one of these ribs and watch the meat fall off before he raises it to his mouth. The Mac - Music was playin "Retuuurn of, the Mac!" My life of Mac and Cheese flashed before my eyes. Big bad Wolf BBQ, Rocklands, Famous Dave's, Mission, Chuck Fil A, Myron Mixon's Pitmaster, Sweet fire Donna's (with her burnt ends) my mom's, and my grandma's (I swear my thumbs tripped and this is a typo if someone tells her) for the record, if I ever gave any of those places a 5, I'm sorry, I take it back. There Good - 4 stars at best. The Green Beens - I only got the green bean's because I had a taste for corn bread. I have nothing to say. Just one question. Why are these green beans so GOOD!?! What did you what did you what did you PUT in here? Nooo, green beans don't taste like this. Seasoned perfectly. Not salty, SEASONED. Corn Bread - Mannn, the consistency wasn't like cornbread: it was like corn cake lol. But taste like cornbread, but better. It's like the change in texture just did something for my life. I may have just been extra.....but YOU weren't on that window ledge in the hallway, happy as can be while Colonels, Generals and Secretary's of Defense are walking by, and I'm just nam nam nam trying to hide my face. DATT is Bangin! I am critic

Ok, so the girls have been following Toni on the gram for a while. So we couldn't conceivably leave…read moreMD and go back to OH without eating at Manila Mart. One thing that REALLY irritated me when we went on Monday is that they were closed ... bad on me for not checking their hours So we came back today. Briefly saw Toni come in for literally a minute as we were placing our orders, but she rushed back out. The mart is on the right side, while the cafe is on the left side with casual seating/tables. Order your food at the counter and they bring it to your table when ready. We ordered caldereta, sisig, dinuguan, BBQ pork skewers, fresh lumpia and for the sweets: Milo iskrambol, mango float, ube buchi, and because we spent over $40, I got a FREE mais con yelo! Heck yeah!! Of course, the kids loved all the sweets! They couldn't pick a favorite between all the frozen drinks: "all were sooo good!" Food was all good also! Their dinuguan was ON POINT... almost as good as mine! Will definitely be back next time we're in the area!

This was my first time here and the service was good & smooth! They even offered a great solution…read moreto a mistake I made while ordering! I ordered the sisig bowl & it was a 7/10. I will say that it was spicy. I found it hard to eat the whole bowl all at once. Note that it's also a grocery store but there are tables for you to dine in if you wanted to. Overall, I will be back :)
