We came across this place on a Saturday afternoon, and maybe the timing had something to do with it…read morebecause the town seemed pretty empty. Unfortunately, though, our experience was less than pleasant. The guy working was nice and friendly, which I appreciated. However, about a third of the menu was unavailable. He explained that they were in the process of changing the menu, but it was still disappointing since several of the unavailable items were actually the reason we decided to stop in. We ended up ordering a Philly cheesesteak, chicken tenders, mozzarella sticks, and a plain burger. The food was perfectly okay -- nothing particularly wrong with it, but nothing that stood out either. Unfortunately, there were several other little issues that added up. The soda machine seemed to be off, and the Coke tasted very strange. The restaurant itself could have been cleaner, with crumbs and other debris in the booths. The food came in little baskets without silverware, which is understandable given the type of food, but every napkin dispenser we checked was empty, so there wasn't even a convenient way to wipe your hands. The bathrooms also had no soap or paper towels, which was especially disappointing. Overall, the food was edible and the employee was friendly, but the combination of the limited menu, cleanliness issues, empty napkin dispensers, and lack of bathroom supplies made this a pretty inconvenient and unpleasant experience. Hopefully some of these things were simply due to them being in the middle of a menu transition, but based on our visit, I wouldn't be in a hurry to return.

I came in not expecting much more than a quick bite, but the experience at Daniel's Cheesesteaks…read moreended up being surprisingly memorable. Before I even got my food, I had a great interaction with Mercedes at the counter. She was genuinely friendly, easy to talk to, and didn't rush the moment, which set a really positive tone right away. I ordered a cheesesteak with everything on it, and when it came out, it was clear they don't cut corners here. The sandwich was fully loaded from one end to the other, with finely chopped steak that was juicy and well seasoned. The cheese was melted throughout instead of just sitting on top, so every bite had that same balanced flavor. Even with all the toppings, nothing felt overwhelming, and the bread held everything together without falling apart. It also came with fries, which were hot and crispy, and I paired everything with a peach Crush. That combination worked really well, especially with how rich the cheesesteak was. Between the quality of the food and the customer service, this is an easy recommendation. If you are craving a cheesesteak and want something that actually feels worth it, this spot is a solid choice. The ambience was just simple. It gave a mom and pop shop vibe, I love it.

The sandwiches were hot, fresh and delicious with just the right amount of cheese on warm bread. The Classic Philly was chopped steak with onions, peppers and cheese cooked perfectly and tender. Delicious! The Chopped Cheese was burger and cheese with onion. Both sandwiches came with lettuce and fresh tomato on top and a side of mayo. We shared the generous portion of fries. Not just any fries, either. They were thick like steak fries but cut in small wedges and thick spirals. Hot and delicious and really good with a little ketchup. Hot day so we dined inside. Nice atmosphere. Bright and cheery. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend Philly Bros for dine in or carry out! Terrific. Kate the Artist

5.0 - Service; 4.5 -Food; 4.5 inside Set up (TLDR Summary at…read morebeginning of each section) Stasio's: Cheesesteak sandwiches were on my mind, and Stasio's delivered. This Italian Deli has been on my "must try" list (and Yelp collection) for too many years. With so many sandwich options, I read the Yelp reviews ahead of time and decided on the Cheesesteak. Service: The employees see you and remember you. From the moment I walked into the non-stop action until I left, the employees assisted and remembered me. After a welcome, one of the women at the front registers asked me and Joe S if this was the first time in the store. When I said "no," I was directed to the place my order at the deli. Ordering was easy and I was directed to pay at the register. The sandwich guys walk around the store, sandwich in hand, calling out the customer's name. When I ordered and paid for a second sandwich, both employees recognized me ("the same?" and "back again"). Food. Fresh, tasty, hefty-sized sandwiches. The large Cheesesteak sandwich was hand-delivered, and when opened, looked like so many pictures on the Yelp page. Melty, gooey cheese on the mass of thin, ribeye steak between a fresh hoagie roll with a lightly crusty outside and chewy inside. Grilled onions and hot peppers finished off the flavors. I enjoyed every bite. The Stasio - a house signature special was good, too, even though it wasn't on my to-try list today. Joe S and I split our sandwiches so we could sample each one. Don't sleep on the fresh pastries and Italian wedding cookies! Store Interior: Registers up front, grocery items on shelves in the middle, deli on the back right and counter seating by the windows. The place was very busy the Saturday I ventured inside. The imported Italian grocery items, the family pictures high up on the wall, and the overall feel reminded me of marketplaces overseas. I'd love to return.

Looks like they have a good system in place. Next time, I'd like to try their breakfast sandwiches!

Several people claimed it was the most authentic cheesesteak you'll find outside of Philadelphia, so my expectations were high., I'm happy to say they absolutely delivered. This cheesesteak was INCREDIBLE. It was packed with tender meat and gooey cheese with every bite loaded with flavor. it wasn't of those sandwiches that leaves you searching for the fillings. The caprese was also out of this world. a little spin with a fried green tomato which absolutely delighted. the restaurant is very cozy with a rustic bar atmosphere that's comfortable and inviting. what really stood out though was the staff. everyone was genuinely friendly and gave the impression that they truly enjoyed working there which made the experience ever the better. I originally ordered sausage, egg, and cheese, but then I saw the bacon, egg, and cheese and asked whether I could switch it. The gentleman behind the counter said they could do both, then asked whether I wanted to add a hash brown too. Obviously, I said yes. He told me they would make basically anything I wanted as long as they had the ingredients, and I absolutely loved that energy. The sandwich was huge, super cheesy, messy in the best way, and packed with sausage, bacon, egg, and a crispy hash brown. It was a very generous portion and completely worth the price. This is definitely going into my breakfast-sandwich rotation. My fiancé ordered the Godfather, which was also delicious. It is definitely on the messier side, though, so if you are getting it to go or traveling any distance, I would recommend asking for the vinaigrette on the side. Ray's has strong neighborhood bodega vibes, generous portions, and the kind of menu where they are willing to customize your order instead of making things complicated. My only minor critique is that one employee could have been a little friendlier, but everyone else made the experience enjoyable. Another great visit, and we will absolutely be back.
